This is the new app for ECOBICI, Mexico City’s public bike system. ECOBICI’s evolution has begun. You can now access more than 9k bikes and 687 state-of-the-art stations. Just plan, unlock, and ride. With the ECOBICI app, you can: - Choose a plan, or switch plans - Find stations near you, and check their bike availability in real time - Easily unlock a bike at the port - Enjoy unlimited 45-minute rides - Get confirmation after successfully locking a bike - Review your ride history - Easily link your MI card ECOBICI connects with the Health app and sends ride durations so your pedaling counts towards your health goals. ECOBICI is ideal for short rides. It also lets you communicate with other means of transportation. You can find bike lanes on the map, and just go places easily. Enjoy your ride!

    EcoBici es una buena opción de transporte para lugares cercanos. El mapa que ofrece el app ayuda encontrar una bici. Las bicis no son muy cómodas pero en lo que cabe funcionan bien para un uso de menos de media hora. Me la mucho gusto que existen como una opción de trasporte.

    The app/software doesn’t work. Three times I’ve locked my bike up and it doesn’t register as the ride is finished, even though it’s locked in. I can’t remove the bike, I can’t lock it up, and it just sits there running up my bill. Customer service doesn’t respond. This is a scam.

    App will send the 10 min expiration email to register account (to ride at all) up to an hour after submitting….went to website, on three bars of AT&T service for 10-15 minutes and 3-day pass page/button would not load. Terrible technology/systems for American email/phone #.

    Constantemente la aplicación no puede determinar su ubicación correctamente y por eso dice no estás donde actualmente estás y no puede tener una bicicleta. Entonces, no funciona. Pero, cuando está funciona sea muy útil. Por favor corregirla.

    El servicio es muy bueno, lo utilizo para ir al gym todos los días, le puse 4 estrellas por que las bicis podrían tener mejor mantenimiento, sin embargo hay que considerar que están instaladas en CDMX y que se utilizan de manera constante. En general me parece estupendo el servicio.

    I started to sign up, but then realized they wanted entirely too much personal information just to be able to rent a bike. Don’t mind giving someone my credit card to rent a bike, but I don’t want to give them my birthday, phone number, email address, Identification information, and my home address… just to rent a bike.

    I paid for a seven day pass and I’m now locked out of my account and suspended. Customer Service won’t get back in touch with me and they don’t answer the phone number provided.
