We as drivers immediately need an app that works horizontally on tablets and iPads like Uber has it.

The worst and the cheapest app in the whole world
  • An economically unfair distribution of funds.

The driver gets pennies for a ride, while the company takes the bulk of the money. Maybe in densely populated cities, this isn’t as noticeable, but in small towns, the service is unbalanced to the point that working from 8 AM to 11 PM at a Gold level can leave you with just $80 in hand.

  • Lyft Doesn’t Care About Their Drivers

Had a perfect satisfaction score of 5.0, drove for them for 6 months with no issues till a passenger fabricated lies that resulted in me getting deactivated from the platform. He claimed I didn’t provide service cause he had an animal service dog which he didn’t have one and that I sexually harassed him at the same time supposedly. So instead of Lyft talking to me, they removed me. Lyft isn’t any better than Uber. Same deal there too. I’ll be better off anyways not having to succumb to self entitled horrible human beings.

This company just doesn’t help you, if things aren’t perfect they just refuse you. I have drove for Uber more than a year and half with the exact paperwork I submitted to Lyft. I will not ask to work for you again, no way!

Lyft’s customer service is not there to service customers I’m an elite status have thousands of rides and everytime I call I get someone who simply doesn’t care. Lyft not only takes more than 50% of earrings and does not treat their drivers with the information respect, placards , earrings, travel time, long pickups wages we truly deserve

Lyft support saw thru my pictures that my damage is worth 20 bucks? Why I don’t know I wish I could upload the comments from the support team complete joke after explaining my situation the said my car is up to “their” standers I go above and beyond with service and my car if your thinking about driving I’d choose uber what I’m gonna switch too definitely not employee friendly

I been driving Lyft a year now and the things I really hate about this app the rider will order ride in 15 minutes and we will get the trip in minutes and I will go there and the rider will think their will be in 15 minutes but I’m already there waiting and wasting my time . For example if they paying for 15 minutes $4 and this trip will take you over 20 minutes with waiting.
