    The camera cannot focus properly to take pictures for the identification. Please fix it. Otherwise, I can’t login. Bring back access to Waze . Can we get access to Waze or google maps back.

    Would be wonderful if the app would allow a landscape display option. Also would be amazing if the app would allow viewing more options while using car play like trip radar matches and trip locations on the map.

    The rides given are getting less and less each day. They give these rides to the new drivers so they can see that it works. I hope this company burns to the ground. They can’t keep getting away stealing people's money

    First and foremost it is dangerous while driving with invalid information!!! Second, fire map devs pay Google Maps. This is the only issue, and it dramatically impacts safety!!!

    I’ve been driving for Lyft for over 3 years, and with that experience in mind, there should be a $5.00 charge JUST FOR a pickup, before the ride starts. Receiving $3.17 for 3 miles is lunacy. Any rider who won’t walk 5 blocks has some sort of ‘issue’. As a driver making a living, I should NEVER have to put money aside for things like air fresheners, and window cleaners (because, and I don’t know why, but so many riders like to LATHER up skin lotion and use the window to close the door!) .. and I get $3? It’s not good business. I just spent 3 hours online, 5 riders, and made $22 .. it cost me $14 in fuel.. do the math= $8 for MY TIME. That’s under $3 per hour. $1200 to refer a friend to drive? I wouldn’t be a very good friend if I said “Yeah bro.. you can make less than the children making those clothes you wear (per hour!). I do not suggest driving for Lyft unless you live rent free and are only looking to make money to buy weed!

    This company stole over $1000 from me . one day I had a trip of over 12 hours. Without warning, it was canceled before it was finished .It calls “canceled by admin” (cancel it by LYFT). I got zero dollars for it. The support team did not help in solving this problem. To avoid resolving these issue, I’ve got response from LYFT in a week by email . They ask a question I answer ,they wait a week and ask next question and these going on more than a month . and in the end, they inform you that they can do nothing with this issue .The support service does not solve anything at all and does not support drivers .The second time, at the end of the work day, I forgot to complete the trip and only discovered it the next morning. The company accused me of fraud and took all my earnings for the week as punishment. Although I explained that it was an accident, the trip was to my house, I simply forgot to complete it. And of course the support service didn't help at all. Compared to UBER customer service, LYFT does everything to make the driver feel like a helpless piece of c..p . and of course they do it in a polite way. I don't recommend you work with Uber either. This is the same greedy corporation. At least their support service helps drivers and solves most problems.
