  • Zero support only once your money

    I’ll tell you exactly what’s gonna happen you’re gonna try to save money by signing up for multiple months. Nobody’s gonna come to your Events that RSVP through their website. They offer you zero support and treat you terribly when you try to say anything about refunds. I made the unfortunate mistake of doing six months paid in full. Never again.

    Seriously can't even register to access my events to edit them. Been editing with comments which is a real mess. How is this app so well rated when it's obviously not.

    RSVP start & end time is frustrating and frankly non-functional. Selected dates and times often don’t posted as entered, time zones shift, and the pull down selector for start time is actually the one that should be available for end time.

    I had some complications registering the group between an a meetup user and organizer while paying for both. I couldn’t find a real person to help trouble shoot. Now, we’ve started using the org app and it seems to be working okay. It unbelievable there no other resources, videos of customer service to help with learning how to effectively utilize the org app.

    Through this app you cannot, you utilize the email feature for your members. So it kind of limits you on the full range as an organizer.

    Not sure why meetup decided to create a separate app for organizers when I can’t even log in. I was also an organizer years ago when it was all in one app. Why did you have to separate this? Seems the only way for me to create an actual even is to log into my computer which is very inconvenient
