So, get the app. Made an account. Then discover that account was automatically made on PlayStation. Try to delete new web account… says because it’s new have to wait 30 days to delete. Bad UX. Mega fail. Deleted app instead.

- The iPadOS version of the app doesn’t fill the screen - Features necessary for some of the events don’t work! (in the iPad app.) - Some stuff is so zoomed out is impossible to read the text on screen! - I’ve been waiting for the devs to finally fix the iPadOS app so that it actually fills the screen. It’s been well over two years at this point. - Unfortunately, a lot, and I do mean a LOT of users are either unhinged psychopaths, puritans or straight up idiots. (For example, when resin was increased to 200 (it should have been 240) I foresaw that there was going to be a problem with how slow the recharges. When I made other players aware of this problem, I was told to "shut up". Now here we are, having to wait over 26 1/2 hours for it to fully recharge.) - recently the customer service in the feedback section went from really bad, but pretty fast to decent but really slow. The feedback button doesn’t even work on the iPad app anymore!

I'm from China. I'm a Chinese. I've always had a problem with software login. I don't have an email address. I log in with Apple and it keeps showing that there is a problem. I don't understand. I hope Big Viagra can solve it.

Some people don’t have the money to be buying the latest released phones, and I’ve been slowly loosing the ability to use a lot of apps that “require iOS 15 or later”…with the new app update, I’ve lost the ability to use this app now too. So it’s a 1 star from me until they remove that restriction. So disappointing.

Very great and easy to navigate. Love that I can have a phone widget so my check-ins are super easy. The only thing I could ask for would be more faceplates for the widgets. If I could get my favorite character on there that would make this app the GOAT!

These people on here are worse than twitter, blindly defending games that are rapidly deteriorating from the unwilling ears of this billion dollar company. The moderation is also TERRIBLE. How has my account been PERMANENTLY suspended for leaks on a game version that has ALREADY RELEASED.

Forum is not well moderated as there are posts unrelated to the Hoyoverse games or posts that contain personal info. There are some posts that contain meaningful content and detailed guides. Users need parental guidance on using the app. Beware.

There is absolutely no organization in this app. It’s a smear of official and fan posts of every game they make and you can’t limit it to one. If you tap of of something you were actually intrested in you land right back in muck.

I really enjoy using this because before I knew about this I missed out on a ton of information about characters and game info and even rewards but recently someone close to me recommended this app and it’s like a whole new world it so easy to use and there’s no adds so even better I think of this app as a guide.
