It’s day one and I’m already frustrated with this app. I should have known it would not be a good app when it immediately offers deep discounts if you purchase a subscription upfront instead of a 3 day trial. The next issue is the bar code scanner doesn’t work. Entering my food isn’t working because the calorie count differed so drastically (ex.Smithfield microwave bacon. Package states 3 slices is 60cal, but app says it’s 210cal..major difference!, 2 eggs, carton says 120cal, app says 199cal). Would not recommend this app.

This app isn’t really as good as I expected it to be for the money I paid. Would not recommend.

I loved this app! It got premium with their holiday deal saying $19.99 per year. Not monthly. Even in my app subscription it says renewal dec. 2025. But the. I was charged the following month. I thought it was a mistake because it says yearly… even went and doubled checked and it says per year… so I fought the change and got my money back and thought everything was good… nope! Now I don’t have premium because it’s saying i didn’t get it… when I clearly got the yearly subscription in December of 2024… like I’m not dumb, it says $19.99 per year then a week option… it should probably be monthly for a year that price, but nowhere does it say that… it’s false advertising and misleading!

Love using the app for daily tracking, wish there was a way to add a yield amount when inputting a custom recipe.. I make a lot of homemade foods -including sauces and dressings that I don’t want to put a 1/4 of a recipe in a single meal for.. hope this might make it to the devs.. love using it otherwise
  • Food search is pretty limited

Trying to look up foods and figure out the serving sizes is a real pain in the patootie. I’ve used Noom, chronometer and my fitness pal and while I like the format of this app, it’s just too hard to find the foods I want and get a clear idea of the serving sizes. Most foods just say “1 serving” instead of saying “1 cup” or “1 tablespoon” and you need to go back to a different screen to try to figure out what that serving actually is. Another issue is finding foods, brands, and whatnot. If you rearrange words in your search you can get wildly different answers so it’s hard to know what’s actually in their database.
  • Confusing and Poor Customer Service

I no longer needed the app and didn’t want to pay for the subscription anymore. The whole process is confusing and I reached out to them 3 times and still no response. I still have the same issue and I don’t want to be charged for something I no longer use/need.

I downloaded this app as I wanted to use a barcode to scan in the food that I ate every day however, unfortunately you need premium to be able to do that you can however add in your food manually, but that does take time out of your day.

Anything health wise like this app should be free of charge, doctors want us to eat better, lose weight, and make healthier choices, then do an app for us that’s completely free of charge, food is expensive, meal prep is expensive on top of that we have to pay also to get healthier please make that make sense because I’m sorry that makes no sense at all help us help ourselves get healthier

just another app that won't let you use it unless you pay for it. basically useless. just shows your data you entered and doesn't have much usage otherwise.

There’s no option to edit a food selection. If you selected the wrong food item by mistake you’re out of luck. That food item will show on your daily food intake. So the carbs, proteins and fats for the day will also be inaccurate for that day.
