Though I was a paramedic, I find all of the abbreviations confusing and annoying. I’m old now and can’t remember them.

  • The Watch app is useless - RUN!

Wish I could get my subscription $$ for an app that is not what was advertised and I won’t violate my camera lens to use. I was attracted to this app by a false advertisement implying that the Apple Watch app would take the measurements. Instead you have to get finger prints all over your camera for it to work. Also - the app stats Log Blood Pressure & Oxygen - emphasis on LOG - the app actually does neither for you, just another lousy app that you can enter the data into.
  • Doesn’t work

This does not even work with the watch. It tells me to open up the iPhone and put my finger behind my camera. What a scam. Don’t waste your time. Even the readings on the phone are an accurate.

Unless you want to pay to get the useful information the app is a joke and would not recommend

If you have a timer you can take your own heart rate for free. There are other apps out there that are better and cost less. Check out Cardio.

It takes about 60 attempts for it to measure your heart. It’s very frustrating!
