    Good job But it really frustrating having to update the app whenever you need to access your account. Aside that its a good and easy to use app. I love it.

    Devs: You’re doing great work but I don’t want to have to update the app every time I go to open it. I want to quickly access my banking. Weekly updates for non-security upgrades are completely unnecessary and are more of a pain than the benefit they give. Can you roll your updates into monthly at most, please. Thank you

    Will be putting one star as carnt put zero this app has faulse information they tell u they want to help u with any bank problems I have waited over two weeks to get my refund as the promised to find out they not giving it me so had to report it and take it into my own

    I’ve had many online bank apps & most I’ve closed because the customer service is useless but is the key to a successful relationship & Chase’s is so far the best. They are new & the functionality has some room for improvement but when I have an issue they answer in a timely manner & I feel secure if there was a serious issue it would get resolved. Please Chase keep this up & don’t get like the others who have idiots sitting behind a desk reading from a script. Customer service is key with any bank online or otherwise please keep it up! I’ve just closed my most recent competitor & you will now gain my business!

    Access to the app and my account has been locked whilst abroad. The only option given is to call a uk phone number, which I cannot do with my phone contract. I keep sending emails but no-one responds. Terrible service.
  • Huge flaw in fraud detection - it triggers far too often

    And then you have to spend an age on the phone to a call centre somewhere where agents seem to follow and extremely long winded script. It can take 30 minutes to release a payment- *not* including hold time. This makes chase effectively unusable as a bank… By far the worst of any bank I’ve used. Please learn from NatWest/Royal Bank and implement biometrics

    Chase UK does not allow Joint Account Holder, Authorized User or Beneficiary. So your money if you are in hospital or dead then no way your loved ones can access your money unless they spend money on lawyers and courts. Seems that basic features available at all other banks is something Chase thought is not needed. Also they can decline your money transfer out if Chase on basis of security, so any scheduled payments out of the account can be declined this means you risk leaving your money in Chase account as your family may not be able to access your money in case you are dead or in hospital. Seems like a pretty big items chase has missed here. Cannot access bank account from the web browser. Only way to access your account is via the app and cannot install and log into app on multiple device. Apart from that great interest rate.

    Tried multiple times but it’s keep asking me to submit my passport & Selfie again and again, so for me only way is to uninstall this app and move on Suggestion: Kindly hire some good technology company for iD verifications
