  • Chase Credit Card is Ridiculous

    You guys make it impossible to pay down the Chase credit card. You guys offer the “pay over time” on the credit but it’s 100% a scam. This options in the long run makes the bill even higher. If you can do not get the Chase credit card. They are less than helpful when your payments are through the roof and even if you don’t use your card the payments continue to go up. What a joke.

    Not a review but wanted to make a suggestion - I’m in the habit of taking screenshots of actions/transactions in the app; It would be nice to include the memo text in the confirmation screenshot (for Zelle payments / transfers / …) I have a payee, who is my lawn care provider and doesn’t have Zelle enabled. For the last several years, I’ve been sending payments using Bill Pay. But for the last few months, it doesn’t let me. I have to add him as a new payee every time. And this month, the app won’t even let me add him, saying it already exists, but wouldn’t let me pay. What the heck?!
