    - Rewind/skip intervals on the lock screen & via Voice (“siri rewind 1m”). - Playback Speed options other than just the Smart Speed feature. - Fallbacks to Last Listened to Location (whole audiobook accidentally rewound & can’t find where i actually left off. - Bookmarks

    When it’s working fine, it’s great, have all my music in one area, but lately it’s been slow to login while I’m at home where I’m on the same network as my Plex server, slow to search and buffers when trying to play music.

  • Fix the loop feature

    Nice app, but giving it one star for the inconvenient loop function. A basic feature that other applications like VLC and Apple Music have easily perfected is very annoying in Plexamp. I like listening to the same song more than once. What I don’t like is the constant need to click loop every time I choose a new song. It’s even worse in album singles when you forget to click loop and all that follows is radio silence after the song ends. As far as I know, there’s no setting in plexamp to remember that you kept loop on. If it were fixed one day, that tiny change would be enough to turn the app from nice to perfect.

    Plexamp is pure magic for people who love their music libraries. It’s fast, gorgeous, fun to use, and somehow always seems to know exactly what I want to hear next. The Artist & Album Mix Builders are amazing, the sonic-similarity features for artists/tracks/albums are ridiculously good, and running headless Plexamp on a Raspberry Pi is a total game changer. Plex Pass is 100% worth it for those features alone. Small note: you do need a Plex server, but if you have one, Plexamp is an absolute joy.
