I had started to learn with other programs before coming to this and I do not feel the progression is well done here. First I learn the meaning of a word, on the next screen they show a sentence with that same meaning but use a completely different word. Then they show me a sentence with words I have never seen before and several of these words are not even underlined so I can find out their meaning. Then out of the blue it asks me to write the word "elevator". That had never before come up. I'm sitting here with Google Translate open so I can follow along. Duolingo, Pimsleur and Babbel start language learning at a much better pace for newcomers.

This was great for me as i am studying my spanish regents at the moment

So far the beginning lessons are easy to follow and it is up to your retention......I will have to invest into the paid subscription

If you purchase a lifetime/premium subscription, you have access to all their daily lessons dating back to 2015 to learn Ukrainian....

I have been using the app for over a week to relearn a language I spoke well decades ago. I like the varied exercises and quick introduction of phrases. I like the easy access to verb conjugations. I also apreciate that there are so many short lessons, I can do one or two if I don't have much time, or I can do more when I have time. I've tried several apps, and the main reason I chose this as my primary language learning app was the option to buy a lifetime license for a reasonable price rather than be locked in to a monthly charge. I expect to get my money's worth just with my first language, and if I choose I can refresh my German or start a new language. I also like that I can use the app on my MacBook and on my Android phone.

This is app is great when it works but it seems that when there is an issue it takes a while for their IT folks to resolve it. It's been more than a week and I am still getting an "OOpps....." error.

自己觉得不有点儿要学的语言的基础就是会有些学不懂，因为它不教语法和字母发音，为了更好用它学习，我建议可以把要学的语言调成母语，把母语调成要学的语言，自我感觉这样有助于学习，但用前还是需要打点儿基础的。
