  • Opaque and NOT FREE Unable to Evaluate with Paying

You can download the app "for free" but that is laughable: you cannot possibly determine the app's value or functionality or usefulness without coughing up $10. Yes that is pretty inexpensive but it is a BAD way to offer an app when the user cannot test ANY feature or function without paying up font.

Opened the app, opened my file, tapped on the table to view what’s in the file, boom, time to pay up
  • Not actually free, costs $10

While you can download the app, literally every feature is locked behind a $10 paywall.

It feels like you can’t do anything in this app without having to pay to upgrade to the pro version.
  • Great tool, foreign keys supported, shortcuts actions deperately need docs

For the newbie like I was, sqlite is designed to be serverless; i.e., its databases are in files that the app has direct access to, so its more client-file than client-server. You need only this app and some storage space that Files can access. The UI is a little convoluted but you get used to it. Foreign keys are supported if you use "pragma= foreign_keys on" (since sqlite v 3.6.19) and the proper sqlite syntax described in sqlite docs "Foreign key support" page. The Apple shortcuts actions are the primary attraction here ONCE you understand their syntax ➞ a few working examples would be worth a hundred pages of documentation and hours of trial & error! I may give it 5 stars for functionality once I figure how to use all the actions. I would love to see some simple but elegant configurable form styles that could be used on the iphone.

I find myself moving more and more info from other apps into SQLite tables and this is a great app to work with them. I typically create the db in app the load and read data via shortcuts.

  • Solid Tool, Need Documentation

This tool gives me the functionality I was looking for to interact with my SQLite databases, but I wish it included better documentation or a Help function. For example, if the developer had included SQL query examples that produce the screens shown in the App Store’s entry, I would be able to better utilize the power of the tool. I looked at a lot of tools to use on my iPad, and this is the BEST one.
