The glitches on the mobile version making editing unbearable
  • Good Service, Horrible App.

let me start by saying Squarespace as a platform is exceptional—on desktop or other non-mobile devices, it’s intuitive, reliable, and well-designed. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the mobile app. The app is riddled with bugs, frequent crashes, and an overall lack of functionality. At best, it allows users to check basic site analytics, like total visitors or sales, but attempting anything beyond that—such as editing a text box or making a minor update—quickly becomes an exercise in frustration. Freezes, crashes, and restarts are so common that it renders the app nearly unusable. For a company that has built such a high-quality service, the state of this app is disappointing. It feels outdated and unsupported, with none of the polish expected from a brand of this caliber. Squarespace has clearly demonstrated its ability to deliver exceptional tools for building and managing websites, so the poor performance of this app stands out as a glaring flaw. Users deserve better, and it’s hard not to expect more from a company with such a strong track record. Until substantial improvements are made, this app is difficult to recommend for anything beyond basic monitoring.

  • 🐾A Year in Review for Just a Girl and a Corgi🐾

Over the past year, SquareSpace has continued to be the loyal sidekick for "Just a Girl and a Corgi." The user-friendly interface and swoon-worthy templates have made it a breeze to create and maintain a website that's as charming as Gatsby himself. The drag-and-drop editor? An absolute lifesaver for those moments when inspiration strikes at 2 AM. One of the superstar features has been the built-in email marketing tools, which have worked their magic in growing our pack of followers and keeping them engaged with pawesome updates and newsletters. The e-commerce capabilities? Let's just say, selling merchandise and offering exclusive content has never been so tail-waggingly easy. Of course, no hero is without its quirks. The lack of telephone support has left us feeling a bit like a lost puppy at times, especially when grappling with more complex issues. And the inability to switch templates without starting from scratch? It's like wanting to change outfits but having to rebuild your wardrobe each time. All in all, SquareSpace has been a faithful companion for "Just a Girl and a Corgi," providing the flexibility and features needed to grow our online presence. We're wagging our tails in anticipation to see how SquareSpace continues to evolve and improve in the coming year. 🐶✨📸
  • Needs improvements to blogging and webpage editing

Overall I love the app experience. But the “Pages” experience is not great. Would also love a clean, quick, and intuitive experience for drafting and publishing blog posts in the app. It might even be worth it to develop a standalone blog app just for that purpose. Also wish it had email campaigns in app as well. That said. I am a happy customer, I just would like to see some of these improvements that focus on content creation and design in app.

No point in downloading. It never works correctly for me. This was the reason I deleted it years back. I thought things would be fixed and improved but it’s exactly the same. So I to the trash it goes again.

I love squarespace but the mobile app is so glitchy/buggy it’s so annoying to use, sometimes my website won’t show up at all on the app
