    Downloaded app for my ring camera and everytime i get it to work i go back and it shows me posts of people talking about a stray dog they saw.

  • Too many emails

    It is impossible to unsubscribe from emails from the app. I go have turned off ALL email notifications in the app’s settings. When I go to control center>>notifications>>Neighbors Email it says subscribed. I clicked unsubscribe, it changes, then changes back to subscribed. Make the emails stop!

    The only things allowed here are loud noises and potential gunshots. When your house almost gets broken into it’s not allowed to be posted. Do better ring smh

    It’s very annoying that there community guidelines don’t work right because I put up a post that can help ham radio listeners and clubs be aware that someone was abusing aka jamming thare radio system says I violated their community guidelines then I look at them I don’t see anything about the post I did also I feel like it violates my free speech

  • Terribly censored by moderation teams

    The moderation team is an extreme let down. They use the term “at our discretion” way too liberally when deleting user posts, yet they allow instants, racism, etc. to go in comment sections. For one example, I understand that race can be used incorrectly, which can lead to racism and profiling, but if you’re going to deny every post that fills in the race under personal discrimination, then it probably just shouldn’t be an option. Another example would be the fact that every post I try to make about unleashed dogs is taken down. I’m not sure why, and there is no reason given, but it’s an important piece of information that should be shared with the community, especially when the dogs are untrained and unable to recall.

    Nothing but missing pets. They don’t care about crimes. I repeatedly tried to post legitimate posts about serious crime related incidents but they are denied by the ring moderation team. Who is on this moderation team? What do they know? They allow fox sightings? Who cares? I have invaluable info about serious mattes and they deny it? Garbage! They are fools. They are jeopardizing the safety and security of our communities.

    I’m very very annoyed at the content in the posts…. You add the tags so people can use them correctly and they don’t anyways. I’m sick and tired of seeing these stupid spam messages relating to Internet outages and loud banging noises. Maybe some additional settings need to be put in place. There’s no way others don’t agree… it’s beyond annoying. This is not a police scanner or Facebook marketplace. Figure it out!!!

    I try to post something happening in my neighborhood and it’s denied. But I get notifications for stupid things like someone asking where to buy toilet paper. This should be a lost pet app only. It’s just a bad version of a social media.

    I firmly believe that when you go to make a new post, it automatically comes up with "can you help me find my dog", because that seems to be the only thing posted here. I don't even pay attention to it anymore, because that's all I get notifications for. So many irresponsible pet owners out there, and this app just enables them.
