    great calendar but…if you don’t go on every day it logs you out and it’s kind of annoying to log in while in the phone with a client, and usually when I’m doin it on the phone, I’m already on the move so it makes it pretty tedious. I would love to stay logged in for a month or until I logged out that would be fantastic. That would be worth 5 stars to me

    I use Acuity because it’s part of Squarespace, but the entire service leaves much to be desired. If the developers read this I want them to just see this one feature request: Let me see all of my booked appointments in a single view/list!! I can’t believe the only way to see them is by going through each day of the calendar. I feel like I have to be missing something, but I don’t think I am. Also when I get an alert on mobile for a new appointment and click it, it doesn’t bring me to any relevant info in the app. We need a “notifications” tab to get an overview of new, cancelled and rescheduled appointments. It’s wild to me that these features don’t exist.

    The app is okay, seems like there’s an update every other week though. And often times when trying to take a card payment it will decline, but when I just go straight to square it works fine. There’s also been issues with my clients paying their deposit when booking.
  • Can’t get into my app

    I have been trying to get into my app for like 2 1/2 to 3 weeks now. I don’t know if there was an update or what not, but it’s very aggravating that I can’t get into my app like I have always done before. I use to just use my Apple ID and facial recognition to get in…always. Now when I do that it tells me that it sent a 6 digit code to the email associated with the account, which I still have not seen. I don’t even use my email address to log in even though they have my email address, but I still have not received any 6 digit codes. I checked all my mail boxes. I then proceeded to go ahead and just make a password since the other way was giving me trouble. When I made a password it took me to an old account that I had when I first started with them as a free trial, and not my current. It says my website expired, but I don’t have a website. I tried to have a website during the free trial and did not like it so I just opted to only use their scheduling system. But any way… now when using the password it does not connect me to what I’m using currently. And this is only happening on the app. On computer I am able to get into it fine. I tried to reach out, but then it asks you to upload documents such as bank account and statement as well as an ID…MAN IM JUST TRYING TO REACH YOU BY EMAIL AND TELL YOU MY PROBLEM. If it were not that I have people still on my books as we speak I would change companies. I was really liking the platform I am on but if it continues like this I will eventually have to make a decision soon.

    Half the time the app doesn’t allow me to log in. The website is still up but I can’t access the account. The app always says error or no account found. Why am I paying if I can’t even get in .

    Horrible app. Not as easy as it seems to create your schedule. I payed $200 for a year subscription to use the app and it has said my trial has expired. This I have emailed and contacted them and they have yet to reach out and fix the problem. I am losing clients due to this inconvenience. Do not

    The app only shows remaining balance and not what client has already paid, very annoying .

    I got all set up on this program and sent it out to my customers without knowing that all my booked appointments would be lost if I would not pay 20$ a month
