    I have been using acuity for a few years now. There are a few minor issues here and there but my biggest complaint is how often I am signed out of the app. I have to log back in to the app at least three times a week. It is very frustrating. I came to see the reviews and it’s good to know that it is not just me having these issue. Please fix this.

    I’ve been using Acuity for about five years now and I absolutely love the platform and normally am OK with updates. However, recently there was an update where Acuity took away the cash option as a form of payment and that’s very very useful for me and how I accept payments with my clients. Not all clients pay using a card or tap therefore the cash option helped me stay updated, which helps me report accurate balances and payment information. If you all could please re-add the cash payout option that would be amazing! 🙏
  • I think Acuity need an automatic reminder text

    I have been using Acuity since 2019 and they have refused to update many services. I would have given 5 stars but they need to upgrade to an automatic reminder text a day before the appointment. If they provide an email and number, then there should be an option to send them a reminder.
  • Decent scheduling platform but constantly logged out?

    Have used competitors’ products and Acuity has some features such as HIPAA-compliance that we needed. Not as slick as Calendly, but otherwise quite good except for the app, which constantly logs you out, doesn’t play nice with 1Password, and has no Face ID. So I basically don’t use it much. The website is pretty decent except no auto-update so the red time line stays stuck until you refresh the page. Fix those things and you have a 5 star platform.

    I am now on the hunt for a new scheduling app. This is so annoying and inconvenient and unnecessary. Multiple times a day I’m being logged out. Why?!?!?

    I love that I’m able to see my schedule on the app, but I feel like the app is lacking alot of the tools that I use on the webpage. I want to be able to look at my subscribers for different packages as well as my reports on my income and appointments.
  • Love the app, but missing a key feature

    I’ve been using Acuity for a while and I love how easy it is to schedule appointments, take payments, and stay organized. But one thing that’s really missing (and honestly making me consider switching platforms) is the ability to send automated reminders for monthly and yearly touch-ups. It would be amazing to have a system that follows up with clients automatically without me having to remember or send messages manually. Other platforms offer this feature, and it makes a big difference, especially for long-term services like mine. If Acuity adds this, I’m staying for good!
  • Payments declining

    After I updated the design for my acuity, my clients couldn’t book any appointments. Declined all of their payments . I went almost a week with no bookings. There was a glitch with the site after redesign. Couldn’t get a human response for help. I had to figure it out on my own.
  • Doesn’t work on iPad anymore

    Frustrated- app no longer works on my iPad. Support knows and doesn’t have a timeline for resolving the issue.
  • No Hourly Rates

    No hourly rates. So bad. I run a music studio. People like to record super late at night and I want to charge them extra for that. I emailed them about this and they said they don’t support hourly rates. The “Add-Ons” feature definitely isn’t the way to go for that. The only reason I’m using Acuity is thanks to Squarespace, but Acuity seems super lazy because they don’t seem to code anything new to fix reported issues, they just talk
