    I spent a long time going through photos and selecting ones for deletion and had almost completed I and was ready to hit clean and I got a text and responded, I come back the app had reset. Such a SIMPLE thing to program. Not worth it at all

    The free edition photo cleaner is worthless! It might as well just grab your entire photo album mark them all as similar and tell you to delete them all. The same can be said about any screenshots and literally every single one of your videos. The interface is lousy at best, totally not user friendly. You can’t even access your account through the app and there’s no link to take you to their website. Every one of their apps that have a vpn want to install on your device and after, they will all fight each other trying to boot the other off and you never know what protection you’re running as it’s always bouncing around. Also, good luck if you ever need support or for them to follow-up with support tickets. They don’t reply. I sent 20-25 emails requesting password resets and never received one of them and I was locked out of my account for days until I finally was able to talk to someone through online chat support. They still have facebook messenger as where you go to get help which after downloading messenger and setting it up takes you to a link in messenger to state they no longer use messenger. Make sure you keep track of which free offers you try and take advantage of. Even after you accept an offer, there’s another that never goes away and if you forget you already took the freebie once and try again, it walks you through the process to buy a years subscription, never once stating your card is about to be charged for a 12 month script and all along the way it keeps saying FREE FREE FREE. Yeah until you hit confirm and you get a bank notification that your cards been charged. I tried getting a refund. Once again, to no avail with no response or no explanation or communication whatsoever. Overall as a company I give them one star. I will say they have potential to have a nice product, but it’s seems very raw, dated, tired, and definitely lacks efficiency and it’s completely unpolished… Don’t waste your time!

  • Cancelled my Subscription, but they still charged me

    I canceled my yearly subscription a few months ago, but they still build me. My subscription runs out in September, but for some reason they charged me at the beginning of July. It doesn’t even make any sense that they would charge me in the middle of the year. I have reached out to get a refund, but they have not responded. I would avoid this app.

    When I get a list of photos, I need to select which ones to delete. If I accidentally hit the photo instead of the select button, there is no way to go backwards and I have to close the app

    First off, this app is NOT free as the lack of “In-App Purchases” would lead a user to believe. This app will only show you what you can do, but if you want it to actually do what it says it’ll do, you have to pay. This app should NOT be listed as free. Worst of all is that they are one of those developers that deletes App Store reviews they happen to not like. This is getting far too common these days and it creates a culture of dishonestly on this platform by skewing the rankings of apps. NOTE TO DEVS: Do not waste either of our time having Apple delete my review again. I keep record of my reviews because of companies like yours. I will just simply repost it every time you have it removed. Also, don’t think I didn’t see your generic copy/paste reply that had nothing to do with my review. Then when I saw you had my review deleted, I was motivated to put you on blast.
