This app pops up every single time I try to use it to force me to purchase more apps from them. I don’t want more apps, I want to get use out of the app I already paid for! VERY sleazy way of doing business!

My title says it all! I had to go through hoops to get my money back and cancel a subscription I did Not want in the first place. So frustrating (to put it nicely).

Stay away from this app this app does not offer. Any kind of customer service doesn't properly use the Apple sharing so if you have multiple Apple IDs and you log you, you log into that Apple ID and you're not able to use the product properly throughout the entire platform, they steal your 2999 for the year subscription and then expect you just keep on pain. There are another thief just like this entire Apple company platform stop buying stuff with Apple this company is trash just as much as they're all their devices.

I downloaded this app, it doesn't mention that you have to pay for it. Well, it will run without pay, but you can't fix the problems until you pay. But every time I try to pay it says "Purchase not successful." There are many spots to click to pay for the app, but none will work. You can't pay from the App Store. So I went to the company website to get help. It is very hard to get help. I found their anti-virus app and paid for it. It turns out it's not this same app that I already ran for hours. I downloaded this app to a different Mac, and I still couldn't pay from that Mac either. Watch out with this app. You will waste a lot of time with it.

Says that it’s free, but wastes your time and hits you up for money after identifying issues that may or may not exist. Would give zero stars if I could.

Remembering the Band Chicago, I’ve been searching so long for an anti-virus program that isn’t so polluted with adware in the very product that you want to clean ads and virus out of your system. I tried McAfee, Norton, and now Antivirus One. Antivirus one is very simple to install, operate and fixes issues. I just wish there was a family plan. I will be installing Antivirus on 4 MacBooks to prevent was I discovered this evening on my main MacBook- 2 Trojans. And I thought only Windows had viruses :)

Seems easy enough. Not very knowledgeable about it.

Had to upgrade to a paid version and the most expensive one and it didn't resolve my problem. The scan result was "no viruses" and yet I kept getting "System Alert" random error messages. That was the whole point for me getting this "anti-virus". Don't buy!
