  • Trouble Uploading photos unto “my products”

    GoDaddy prioritized in-person transactions and removed uploading photos through the application. It now directs you to the desktop version to upload photos. It’s now taking a ridiculous amount of time uploading photos to my domain. Please bring back the option to upload photos via through the app. The photo suggesting that you can upload photos on the app hasn’t been taken down either. Thats considered false advertising.

    It was sold to me as same as Square! 100% not the same You can make your reports as easy as them The only thing is the transaction fee you do t have to pay it when its in person, although was never mention it will be passed to. Our customers, and we are like we didn’t know we have to tell them or. Anyways app is not really good, the other day I had a tow for 500 miles and when I clicked on item for sale per mile , I had to click on item 500 times instead having a button to just change it by writing it or something. It’s not 100% good app, but I signed up for it so I guess I’ll hav to stay with it for now until someone offers me another lie

    GoDaddy is loosing my respect more than it should have ever. I went to log in on the website to see their what was free email plans would cost. And their site said I had to disable my tracker blockers and other stuff to access their website. They just lost a sale.

    We been with GoDaddy since 2022. We decided to increase traffic to our E-commerce website by adding a few new products but noticed the most ridiculous retail shipping rates & after speaking with support we were told to integrate our website with USPS shipping engine API software which we did and that would reduce retail rates to merchant rates which is definitely not the case. If you are launching a retail e-commerce store, I highly recommend to stay away from Go Daddy for the simple fact of this actual experience. There were many other bad experiences which we gave them, but the benefit of the doubt, but this is clearly a deal breaker!! Coding $12-$19 on a product that should cost no more than five is the worst sabot. You can get on your website in 2026!!!

    Since the latest update and name change the whole system has changed. Every-time i try to make a change to my account i draw a system error and is kicked out the site and made to sign in again. Very frustrating when it's hinderers my clients and customers as well!! Please fix this and add the option of Afterpay to the platform! It's 2026.

    Please come back to the outdated version. I have no access to anything from the app. I have to open the browser to do ANYTHING! Can’t even sell using the card reader. I have no idea what happened

    I downloaded this app because I wanted an alternative to using Square. However, three times in the last week, the app won’t even open. It keeps telling me there are issues and to try again later. I’m very disappointed that I keep having to go back to using Square. In the last three weeks, I’ve only been able to use it two times.

    So I was able to open app, and one click to scheduled appointments I had. Now I have have to open app, hit more, select website, then select manage appointments to view my appointments for the day or make changes. It was convenient now it’s a hassle. Why did yall change the one click access to appointments??

    Needs a dedicated appointment app that we can share with our staff. The newest update makes checking appointments more complicated with extra steps, and it takes you out of the app to the internet. We primarily use the GoDaddy mobile app to check and book customer appointments. It needs a way to share the calendar with all staff without giving them full access to editing the website or customer orders. It’s not a very service friendly app at all.
