GoDaddy Conversations - Inbox

Literally nothing good about this app for businesses. Things were much better when it was separate phone & email. I hate the conversion. Can’t multi select in email so you’ll have hundreds of pointless emails (most from GoDaddy lol) in your spam folder and never be able to mass delete. Not to mention you have to confirm delete so two clicks per every email. Hundreds of emails to delete? Double the clicks, yay. Go daddy quarantine’s so many emails that I rarely ever get anything to my inbox. It either goes to a quarantine list that I can’t navigate from the email that I get on the Conversations app, which is totally pointless.. because none of the clickable links are clickable. You get to see the sender and the subject… but you cannot preview you or release or reject from the app. I truly don’t even know why those options are there. And getting to quarantined emails is dang near impossible. There has never been a rollout or YouTube video of training to use the apps but if you call in to customer service you almost have to be a computer wizard to even navigate how to get to things on their website that are crucial to your business. Nothing about this app is user-friendly and it’s definitely not conducive to doing good business. If communication wasn’t already difficult enough, Conversations definitely made it 100x worse. And I genuinely cannot believe how long it has been as bad as it is, there have been no changes or upgrades since the roll out. I cannot imagine that Go Daddy is not getting negative feedback or that I’m the only person that hates this app in the last few years. Literally every other communication app that I’ve been on, even free apps like Voice are so much better. I’ve been a GoDaddy customer for nearly a decade and I can’t believe a great company put out such a lack luster app.

I agree with Magagen. Im constantly having issues-I have a message from someone and I click on it to text back but it just stays frozen. Sometimes Ill get an alert and sometimes I wont. I have a few clients who have uses it and probably would more if I could respond back.

Messages in real time

The app is slow to initially open and messages have to be ‘resolved’ which requires an extra step before they will show up as read. The ‘reply’ function is clunky as well — reply? note? compose? — just let us send a reply. Don’t understand the need for the extra step and would appreciate the option for a simplified user experience.

The app freezes , doesn’t open half of the time, and you can’t ever call out. It’s horrible . Will discontinued soon!

Good concept, bad design. I hate that I can’t delete many messages at once. I hate that every time a message comes in it comes from 1 persons name that needed an estimate when the app first came out. And some other small issues. But I do like the concept.

The APP is great for contact collection from my roofing companies website for local Gallatin, Hendersonville, Portland and Nashville homeowners in need of roofing services. However, this app used to not cost anything and i don’t understand why it does? Other than that, no complaints

This app has ongoing problems. If you don’t have it, safe yourself the headache. GoDaddy needs to fix it!!!

Absolutely atrocious. Doesn’t even let you make a call, sometimes. And this is a business app
