    I had been a Go Daddy SmartLine user for years and they switched over to this new format, it was a total downgrade in my opinion, yet the monthly fee increased. The transition/verification process from the SmartLine to Conversations was terribly frustrating and I lost income, customers and hours of time on the phone with customer service as a result of the inefficient process it was. The functionality of the app has several challenges and is definitely a Downgrade from the SmartLine. Very disappointing to be paying more for less and I hope they can fix the glitches and issues.

    When GoDaddy migrated over to Conversations, I lost all of my saved contacts from SmartLine. It also is not set up to allow notifications to Apple Watch which is a pain since I like to have phone ringer off but can’t without getting haptic watch notifications. A lot of two factor codes don’t work with this line, I have to use the call or email function as text often doesn’t work. Overall just a way worse product and I don’t understand why they changed.

    Do Not get or use this app. The app is slow and at times doesn’t open. Avoid the frustration by electing another business phone line solution.

    Calls keep dropping and it’s hurting my business I have tried updating app I have a newer device and have experienced same issues using data and cellular connections please help me I would like to continue using the app because it is my business #. App Version: 2.130.0 OS Version: 18.1

    I hate that I receive notifications for the another line my business has and the application crashes a lot and there is a delay in message showing up. I want the old application back.

    This App addresses legitimate business needs. For that I would recommend it. In my tenure as a site administrator I have found the support unsatisfactory. For 1st Level support you are assisted to a Bot. For 2nd Level support you are directed to Help videos which are actually useful but they cannot address everything. Once you finally escalate to 3rd Level support and speak to a person you are asked to retry the things that already did not work. When I asked the person if he represented tech support he said “I guess I do now”. His suggestions were basic and got me nowhere. My question was why the customer database on the app is not synched to the customer database on the desktop version? I purged many customer records from the desktop version, then waited hours for an update to appear on the smartphone version. An explanation and fix shouldn’t hard.
