Where did you hide the share/print function? I’m in ui 2.0 and I’ll be damned if there is ANY way to print an email I’m looking at. I’ve tried every single icon on the page and nothing leads to a Print command. Awesome usability work!!! Not

I’ve been a spark user for many years. I have been loyal to the company but they have not been loyal to the user. They add features that are inaccessible, counter-intuitive, non-functional and generally look good on the surface but are difficult to use. It’s basically just another email system and I suppose I might have been better off just sticking with a basic email system. It’s a shame…….

Intuitive, clear your inbox in minutes, your trash even faster. Nice layout. Use it on my Mac and phone. This app serves you, not you serving it

“Help us improve Spark for you” Update: Developer doesn’t care about app Update: Developer thinks I’m their secretary. I’m a paying customer. “Spark would like to access your contracts” “Push notifications are disabled because you turned them off” Update: Developer thinks I’m their secretary “Introducing Notion” “Use it to archive” “Improve your email management skills”
  • So much better than Mac Mail

I have ben using Spark for many months and there is no way I will be going back. It just works so much better than any other email app I have used since email became email - and I have used many of them. I have been using computers in 1982 (TRS-80/Apple II for those who remember) so there are not many email applications I haven’t taken for a test drive.
  • Love it but…

I love this email but I hate how it keeps opening maps as I’m scrolling through the email to read. It’s so sensitive! It opens the map app instantly. I guess my finger hits an address in the mail or something. It happens a few times a day everyday. It’s annoying. I have to be super careful of my finger placement. Other than that, I am quite satisfied. This used to be my second favorite third party email app but it is now my number 1 favorite.
  • Surely the best mail client

This mail client is pleasantly modern. The design is intuitive and the free version is not bogged down by ads. Mail is well organized.
  • The App I've been waiting for

I've bounced around various apps and have been miserable with each. This finally changed the tune. While not 'perfect,' this does the most broad range of critical things extremely well, and has several features that make it a no-brainer to get me and my entire team on it. As a business owner, the delegation features make daily email workflow easy. Chatting with team members on specific communications prevents Slack from clogging. And the gatekeeping feature keeps me focused. WORD OF WARNING: Any new platform has a learning curve. There's also a curve of comfort that comes with mileage. Take your time, keep an open mind, and I suspect you'll be delightfully suprised at it.

Spark is my go to email platform. At the end of the day it is the easiest and fastest to use. The configuration is simple and clean. Not cluttered.
  • Bug City 🪲

This app has been a massive headache for me on both iPhone and Windows PC, it has a long list of debilitating bugs. The worst is on the phone is it fails to sync Calendar appointments from Office365 so I have almost missed calls, it also randomly forces me to re-login with no break in connectivity while I can simultaneously run the Outlook app with no problems. On PC W11 there have been severe crashes, unclean uninstalls, and UI issues like pressing down to scroll my inbox creates a vicious loop that I can't stop cycling between emails on the screen and have to kill it with Task Manager. Even stranger after a reinstall I click Office365 to setup my account and it pops up a Google login window? After hours emailing logs and details to support, who likely already knows about this stuff and is wasting my time, I abandoned it and returned to Outlook. Quality is never an accident, and having half a dozen bugs in such a short time is ridiculous, support sends it to QA who let it into production in the first place, but now who holds THEM accountable? I was really excited about using this app, but the quality problems drove me away preventing me from getting back to work and killing my productivity.
