We love having an app full of movies that the entire family can watch! And NO COMMERCIALS! So thankful for this app!

I’ve seen every movie on here and love them, but there are rarely any new movies. Wishing there would be more. Blessings to all.

I have an iPad IOS 15.7 that is not compatible with IOS 16, & never will be, so I cannot update and watch PureFlix with the app. I’m shut out. All my other apps on my iPad can be updated for my iPad version, so I know it is possible to do. PureFlix is the only app that has an issue. You need to change your app info to reflect that only iPad IOS 16 or later can access the app. The app says I’m compatible but I’m not. Please consider changing the app info or figure out how to make an app to work so I can use my iPad. I’ve tried PureFlix.com, it’s awful, hardly any movies or shows. Plus my watch list is gone and I don’t think I’m going to bother redoing it. Thanks.

I’m not finding where it displays the shows already watched. The show/movies from the last few years have been a much better improvement then what was being produced on Pure Flix before, but new content is few and far between. I have AppleTV, the closed caption comes up every time that we turn on Great America, the only streaming service that we have that does this. Turning off the closed caption does not work correctly. Even though it displays that the closed caption (subtitles) is off, the television still displays it. To turn it off, I need to tell Great America to turn it ON and then turn it Off. As of today, the login is not letting me in on any device.

I can login just fine on my iPhone and iPad but I cannot on my Apple TV. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and still cannot login. Please get it fixed.

Please fix the app. The app is broken. It no longer works on the iPad Air 2. It says to update the app but that is not possible. Apple just released iOS 15.8.7 update a few weeks ago. Thanks.

The most recent update emptied the shows I had saved in my list folder. It also removed the shows in continue watching. The update claimed it fixed bugs in these two areas, but why did it have to delete the content?

Please fix. Your latest update has bricked the app on Apple TV. Love the content, but here lately, you cannot watch anything! Thanks.

This updated app doesn’t work. Many problems. Won’t bring up any shows or movies just a black screen. Can’t save favorites to the my list. You can click on the button but doesn’t show up in the library. Many bugs
