  • Crashes & Heats up my phone

I’ve used this app exclusively for years without any issues and initially liked the recent updates and new features. However, the app has become unstable and largely unusable. It now crashes every few minutes, and more concerning, it causes significant overheating on my phone. Each time I open the app (with no other apps running), my device quickly becomes hot to the touch (even through a case). In instances where the app doesn’t crash, the temperature increases noticeably within 10–15 minutes of use. Based on testing, this appears to be isolated to this app. My phone begins cooling down within ~20 minutes after closing it, particularly if background app refresh is disabled. This suggests the app may be overusing system resources (e.g., excessive CPU/GPU usage, background processes not terminating properly, or a potential memory leak), which could explain both the overheating and frequent crashes, as well as draining my battery life. It’s disappointing, as this has been my go-to list app for years. I hope this issue can be addressed soon. Two stars simply because I love the minimalistic design, layouts and customization of lists. If the functional issues were addressed it would be a solid 5 stars.

The app helps keep me organized and productive. I enjoy opening the app and right away adding another task/note that I need to be mindful of. I am a very forgetful person so having an app like this helps me so much to not forget things I need to remember later on. I am a very busy person so minimalist is ideal for me as it lets me organize tasks by priority and set deadlines. Used it for a year and I’m looking to continue using it! Great app!

I love this app so much. This app is just amazing and I love it I do not like the reminder app on Apple phone but I saw this one and I put this app as a widget and because I am on my phone all day I will always see it you can put it as a lock screen reminder or a widget. It actually helps me get things done and I love it. You should download it right now not joking.

This app is everything you need. I use it every day, and it’s made my life so much easier. You can have it on widgets and you can get custom reminders. I use this instead of the Apple default app.
