    Today, I received 43 UNWANTED CALLS! I was getting calls every 2 minutes! I was so angry that I almostSmashed my phone! Not one of these calls were stopped by HIYA! I assume we must all pay for the Premium package and HOPE they stop these calls?

    This app does more harm than good. It blocked most spam and spoof calls but also anyone who isn’t listed in my contacts. The daily call list isn’t accurate either it would say the same person was calling every day when they weren’t and ones that did call wouldn’t show up on call list at all. I tried multiple times to contact customer support with zero response. I finally deleted the app and now I’m getting calls from all sorts of clients saying they could never reach me. If you run a small business this app will lose you thousands of dollars, I do not recommend this app at all. Zero stars.

    I am a paid subscriber of Hiya. Recently I had to call IRS but Hiya shows that number as belonging to Youth Build Charter School. I cut the call. But again reviewing the phone number thru other mean indicated it’s genuine IRS number. I think this is a basic public information that Hiya should have in it’s data base and not indicate a wrong caller name. I tried to inform this to Hiya but did not find a way to inform them either from the App. Hope Hiya will improve this area. I gave a three * as it seems to block or indicate lots of spam calls and numbers.

    Not sure why I downloaded this app. The free version is so poor it kinda forces one to the upgrade version. I get the point. But…you know what they say about first impressions.

    I have been using this app now for many years. When I first started using it the App was not really bad , but I can’t say everything got blocked and it was a 100% useful tool! Because it wasn’t, but I hung in there and over the years it has gotten better and better. Why because the Technology kept changing and as it did the fight to combat the Crooks got stronger and I could see on my end that I was not getting the Bad calls from Telemarketers and people who wanted to steal my money and identity if I was stupid enough to give them the opportunity! So now HIYA has gotten to the point for me I seldom get those calls now Days. Oh I still get one now and then but the Crooks are not stupid they change their number as fast as you can blink. But the Technology of this app has gotten for me where the number change is being picked up and blocked! I wish I could go back to a phone book or an operator or just being able to pick up the phone and answer it when it rings. But those Days are gone never I hate to say will they return. But my Friends Hiya has really put out this Unique Outstanding Design App to Protect all of us. So Hiya I Tip my Hat 🎩 to you for creating a 5 Star ⭐️ app through all of these years. So on my end I want to say “ Thanks ! “

    Spam callers are such a nuisance. They are also clever and seem to outwit spam blocking software with ease. I've tried several, and Hiya seems to be on a par with all of them. Spam increases with elections and other seasonal activity, and some get through. When that happens I block them both on my phone and in Hiya. I believe phone companies could do more to stop spammers, but they make money from calls so they have little incentive to do so. The FCC should impose regulations to incentivize them to do more.

    Why do calls that I delete keep coming back as though they are new calls with the current date. This keeps happening all the time. Plus was also annoying. Why do my contacts get screened at times?
