    I have been using this app now for many years. When I first started using it the App was not really bad , but I can’t say everything got blocked and it was a 100% useful tool! Because it wasn’t, but I hung in there and over the years it has gotten better and better. Why because the Technology kept changing and as it did the fight to combat the Crooks got stronger and I could see on my end that I was not getting the Bad calls from Telemarketers and people who wanted to steal my money and identity if I was stupid enough to give them the opportunity! So now HIYA has gotten to the point for me I seldom get those calls now Days. Oh I still get one now and then but the Crooks are not stupid they change their number as fast as you can blink. But the Technology of this app has gotten for me where the number change is being picked up and blocked! I wish I could go back to a phone book or an operator or just being able to pick up the phone and answer it when it rings. But those Days are gone never I hate to say will they return. But my Friends Hiya has really put out this Unique Outstanding Design App to Protect all of us. So Hiya I Tip my Hat 🎩 to you for creating a 5 Star ⭐️ app through all of these years. So on my end I want to say “ Thanks ! “. Like I said when I started this review this App is not perfect, but there is no App out here that is perfect the reason the Crooks are not stupid they have a way of changing their crooked numbers at an alarming rate! Hiya with our help has been trying for years now to stop this process or at least slow it down. So any annoying calls that you receive and you notice are new numbers please report them immediately don’t do what the Crooks want and throw your hands in the air and walk away! This action will never work but most likely will get the Crooks to call you back “ Tomorrow “ Thanks !

    It screens all calls and blocks all calls even when you are expecting a important call it’s good in ways and sucks in ways

    I don’t see the point of having this app because I still receive just as many spam calls and every time I receive a call I’m supposed to block them. If I’m supposed to block them then I might as well just do that for my phone.

    I paid for the premium subscription because I liked all of the options available. I have given the app full access to my contacts list and it continuously blocked my contacts no matter what I’ve tried. And the Help section in the app is garbage. Several of the items that they tell you to do, I don’t even have in my app. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I have checked every day for updates to the app in the app and it’s still not working correctly. I’m going to have to call and cancel this whole damn thing because I need to talk to the contacts in my phone.

    Loved the ease and convenient of this app UNTIL the last update! I do not understand why the developers feel the need to “fix what is broken”! The fix Ruined the app!! Ruined to the point I deleted it!! Even though I have blocked a number that has been IDed as Scam and blocked, harassing phone calls from this number still comes through!! What is the use of continuing to use your app when your app no longer works?
