  • Muzz Staff

If you want to see why our people don't succeed too far in life, this app is the prime example. The Muzz staff blocked my account because my profile had the name of one of my socials. The staff has more power than they should. No communication or anything. If someone on their staff doesn't like you for any reason, consider yourself banned for life. Tyranny finds its roots every where. Save yourself time and use an app that is not ran by children.
  • So many fake accounts

Muzz claims this high level verification process but in reality, I reported 7 fake accounts alone today. They say they do facial recognition but there’s so many accounts using multiple photos of different people
  • $ for the compliment- $ for the profile boost

Just asking money $ to text / comment / compliment on any potential bribe profile and the profile is disappears very quickly. It appears the message “ bride dismissed compliment or deactivated account or blocked you “ I wrote the same to the Costner care - Amina from the customer care replied the same “ If the profile disappears, this likely means the other person deactivated their account, turned off their discoverability or has blocked you. Don't take it personally as it could be either one! If any of these actions are undone, they will then reappear.
  • Personal bad experience

I never usually put reviews but for this one I simply had to. Over the course of 2 weeks of using this app, it was personally very tiring alongside with a very upsetting bug on my end that has been yet to be fixed since a week ago. Customer support responds but not quick, and I’m assuming they take breaks on weekend because it has been 4 days since they last updated me on my issue. The issue being that I’m getting likes and notifications on my phone, but nothing shows in the all. The “liked you” section is bugged for me for a long time and I never see anyone on there. Which should explain why it’s upsetting. I also had to reverify my age twice for some reason? Which was annoying. The app isn’t necessarily bad, but I’m here to report my personal bad experience with shallow customer support responses and unluckily, annoying bugs on my side. The app’s design and simplicity is great, its intentions clearly show that it’s trying to be the best at matching other muslims. But not on my end sadly.

This app only takes your money and a lot of fake accounts. If someone likes you you can not match until you pay this app, is it fair? May Allah make you a humble so you can make this easy to sisters and brothers.
  • Filter by country became Payed option too

Hello again, Back for my second review. My previous review was about them changing the "Global Profile View" (Meaning when people all around the world could see your profile and you theirs) to Only Country Profile View (Meaning a person should search specifically in your country to view your profile and you in theirs, even if on of you liked another), and to change that, you need to pay. Well, in my second review Posted on 24 Sept 2024, Don't know what the new updates will bring and I have a hunch nothing better), I will tell you that you can't Filter By Country any more, looks like they changed that too. Cause I was looking at profiles in 2 countries outside my own and decided to discard the selected countries for different countries and guess what? Yep, you guessed it correctly, I got the popup message of "Upgrade to gold to filter by country". Sad to see that once a great app turned into a desperate money-grabbing app (Wanted to use a different word for "grabbing", but I'll be kind) and is focused on getting as much money as possible from it's every feature as it can from its users. Whats next? You'll need Gold to open up the app? I bet they would have done it if Apple would allow them (I dunno if Apple allows it or not and I meant it as a joke ofc). Hey Muzz, I have a good suggestion for you, Make it so only gold members can see "Viewed you" profiles too, More incentive to force users to buy the gold. Here is another free suggestion, Make it so that when 2 people match, You need gold to write each other. Here is another free suggestion, make it so that you need gold to write a single letter in chat… "Money, Money, money, Money, Money" And whats even funnier is, they still blur the profiles that liked you, You can't search for them in their country any more unless you pay and you can't see their profiles to give you an incentive to buy the gold... I mean you need gold (a.k.a pay for it) to unblur their profile and u need gold to search for their profile in their country (if u don't want to pay to unblur their profile), Great decision... So in short, Be warned. If you want to search in different country, Phony up the money. Sad to see the app I liked, going down the drain Cause "Money, money, money, money, money" At this point, I guess Tinder would have been a better owner for the app.
  • Awful “investigative” team.

Just as other reviewers have noted, you’ll get banned when you report someone ELSE being inappropriate. A guy messaged ME something offensive when I didn’t want to specify exactly where I lived, I responded with “Ew” and reported them and I got banned. I emailed them (as they tell you to) and haven’t received any response. These people have it so twisted. There are so many inappropriate males in this app with fake photos.
  • What women want

I’m giving this up a 5 stars because it’s an amazing platform, they have thought of every little detail to make it close to perfect as user interface and friendly, on the other hand i thought that it was going to be easier to communicate with Muslim women but it no different than other dating apps, I simply don’t know what women want or they simply after having a nice chat move on to talk to someone else or maybe they talk to 10 different men at the same time, that’s the only downside I see here, other than that I’m ok with it
