This is a nice TODO app, which can fulfills most needs that I need per both personal and work management (don’t need any collaboration or team sharing feature at all). It’s easy to use, and reliable (no data sync issue across different devices yet). However, I wish there is a better search functionality can be supported.

The best app of its kind. I love how flexible and granular it can get with all the different methods of creating to-do lists. I haven’t even scratched the surface of a lot of the other things it can do. My wife and I find it incredibly useful for the personal day-to-day things and even for business!

They provide an Eisenhower Matrix. No other productivity platform provides this. This is the only and best one. Period. It’s a total game-changer!
  • Amazing app using it for year but can you improve the Apple Watch app?

I am using it for pomodoro and I would like the pomodoro focus app to appear on the widget of the watch. Can you do that please?

Wunderlist was my oldest used productivity app on IOS. I moved to Trello, then from trello to notion, and now from Notion to Tick Tick. I can now consolidate a productivity outlet I’ve had to a single app that does Habits, Eisenhower prioritization matrix, along with notion integration and calendars. Glad I can focus on this app and make an outlet for my efforts all focused on realistic reliable access to my productive lists. Very cool app and hope to keep my outlet for productive efforts tuned to the max! Used this app for three months so far and the habit of this app makes it already engrained in my daily use. Hope to keep this up and see its use grow over the years.
  • Clunky and bad integration

For the third time im trying to set this up without any luck. Their support system is also weird and I have no idea whether or not somebody will ever reply to the tickets I submitted. What you do on the app in the computer doesn’t reflect on your phone app (I filtered my calendars, changed the appearance, spent lots of time on my computer) but the app on my phone doesn’t take any of those changes despite of been on the same log-in. iIntegration with notion is a disaster, 504 gateway error message all day it doesn’t matter if I do it on my phone or my computer, unless (probably the main reason why I really wanted to try this app). Very disappointing. I just want my money back at this point.

I used Todists for years, but last month I switched to TickTick. The main reason is the ability to change up the UI. Being able to have your own photos as a background and color scheme is awesome. I’m picky about my UI because I manage tasks all day long and I want to look at something that is pleasing to my eyes. Also, the price point being the same, the switch was a no brainer.
  • The constant updates are driving me nuts

I’ve been relying on TickTick for a few years now and it’s served me well, but the last few months it seems like updates are being released weekly, if not more often. I don’t even know what new features I’m getting when I install them because I’m not really looking for it to be more than a nag that keeps me from forgetting to do things. How about saving some of these changes and releasing them all in one larger update instead of million small ones?
