  • Player keeps running in to errors

    The app player keeps running in to errors. The same works well on web but app player keeps asking to try again. Fed up trying everything, reinstalling, reauthenticating , changing courses but in vain. The error occurs intermittently stopping the momentum of learning.

  • It’s a struggle

    I have tried to use this app for a course, but anytime it concludes one video it infinitely loads the next video. Even if it’s downloaded, even if I force quit and restart, even if I turn off my phone and turn it back on again. I have to wait an arbitrary amount of days for it to then play the next video. This is very unfortunate seeing the course has over 300 videos.

    Can have issues off WiFi networks but on WiFi works well. Able to continue studying topics while traveling.

    This company has the worst IT developers in the entire industry. Logging in as a challenge, and even if you’re successful, it logs you out after one day. Never in my entire life seen a product that bad dedication contents are good, but how does that help if you cannot even login. I really hope they pay good developers to be able to fix this platform before people vote with their feet.

    I love Udemy for the most part. I’ve taken dozens of courses via the website, and, for once, I decided to give the mobile app a try. My primary reasoning was or offline downloads. However, regardless of WiFi or Ethernet connection downloads always fail. In addition the quality of video never seems to follow my preset, even with an excellent connection.

    Just see all of the other review and lack of general help. No support whatsoever, watch they will reply to this saying to reach out to support. They do not answer. This “app” is best used with a desktop computer. Like all other have said it is impossible to log into this app and the mobile web browser just wants to constantly redirect you to the app. Sign ins are never saved so if you are using this from your library account make sure to have your card on your at all times so you can log in. Outside of that the dev and support team is completely useless and or nonexistent. Use at your own inconvenience.

  • Stop making me log in several times a day

    I’m so tired of apps like this that require you to log in everything e you open the app or after a short period of inactivity. At least add Touch ID/Face ID to smooth out this process. The quality of the content is hit or miss. Quality is not as consistent as other platforms.
