    The app doesn’t allow me to refill my prescription on time. This happens every month.

    Everytime I go to check my orders it always say no orders and I have to keep on closing the app and trying to reload it and see if it will show my orders. I understand sometimes you can’t see orders that was just placed but I also can never see the orders placed it the past it’s always completely blank and I have to keep closing and reloading the app til it decides to work.

    I just started using this app. I orders my specialty medicine through CVS and didn’t go through the specialty app. Now I can’t order the sharps container or alcohol swabs because the medicine wasn’t ordered through the same app. CVS should be CVS and there is no place to message for support.

    App logs out after at most 4 minutes of use, even if you're in the middle of a support chat.

    I mainly use this app to track the progress of my shipments and to get the tracking number following shipment. Since my last refill a month ago, the orders button now disappears as soon as I log in. Very annoying. There also seem to be fewer options than there were before, however I never used the other features, so I can’t say what’s missing with confidence.

    I sign in with Face ID. I try to view my prescription order….it makes me sign in again…….. And takes forever to load!!!!! 🫩 App should run smoother and more seamless please and no signing in after clicking something. I am too tired to type or think 🫩

    I have downloaded and updated this app multiple times and it still will not work. Tech support has also tried to help. It would be nice to have the app work and make refilling my prescription easier.
