Description

*** Most downloaded Contraction Timer app in the world! Number 1 in the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Italy and elsewhere! *** This is the simplest-to-use contraction timer. The app will help to track your contractions and determine when it's time to go to the hospital. If you plan on having a home birth, the app will tell you what stage of labor you are in at any given moment. Keep track of your labor by tapping a single button at the start and at the end of each contraction. The Contraction Timer analyzes the duration and frequency of contractions and will notify you when it's time to go to the hospital. Thousands of pregnant women around the world have become mothers using our app. Always consult your doctor to orient yourself in terms of contraction frequency and duration. This app is not a medical device and our recomendations are based on standard indicators. Your labor may occur differently. Therefore, do not rely exclusively on our app. If the duration and frequency of contractions do not yet correspond to the necessary indicators but labor pains become unbearable, it is better to go to the hospital as soon as possible rather than give birth at home or on the way there. Trust what your body is telling you. If you have any questions or suggestions, please email us at neumandev@gmail.com. Your feedback is very important to us.

  • Ads!?

Invasive fullscreen ads between contractions are very frustrating - especially since many of them are phishing scams

Great app to use to time your contractions. I liked it because it's simple and also gave advice based on frequency and length of contractions.

  • Get distracted by ads during labor!

It’s a timer. Some things should just be free. Stop asking me for a premium subscription for a timer. Stop popping up with uncloseable ads as soon as contractions end. Download this app if you want your labor experience to be worse!
  • Ads during labor!

Seriously? An ad that I can’t close out of while I’m actively laboring? So stupid
  • Too many paid features

The free version doesn’t let you delete a single contraction. You have to delete all of the data if you make a mistake. I switched to the free one on the Ovia app and it lets you delete individual contractions.

Do you want to install an app during a critical time in labor that requires 10 steps of onboarding and then hits you with a paywall when you try to do something simple like delete a test contraction? Then this is the app for you! There shouldn’t even be a free version if this is how you make it. What an awful thing to do to people during one of the most critical moments in life. Disgusting.

Really simple design, minimal ads, super easy to use. 5 stars if it was clearer what time the last contraction started. I had prodromal labor and every time it stopped (I had 5 false alarms where I thought I was in labor) I didn’t know how long it had been since the last contraction unless I pushed the “start”button to see what the time difference was between the new one and the last one.

It does what it says, but will tell you to rush to the hospital even though it could be a false. After losing mucus plug I got a lot of painful but tolerated contractions but then went away after a few hours even tho it said go to ER. Then next day same thing for 4 hours but waited didn’t go to ER until early next morning when contractions were to the point I couldn’t take anymore. Got to the hospital with 5cm. If you go to the ER to check cervix always tell them no consent to membrane sweep. They will try to induce you at 3cm and push pitocin on you.
