This is a cool tool , it helps along with homework explaining in a way I can understand

Haven’t used it in well over a year and have canceled it twice already without renewing it. Then you can’t even stop the subscription from the app or the website so like what am I suppose to do with that??

I can’t cancel my subscription under the “manage subscription” menu. Nothing appears when I go to “manage in iTunes”. Cannot associate an email due to “network or server error” every time. Seems like this is a very common theme after reading other review. Reached out to support with no avail. Submitted a complaint on reportaproblem.apple.com. You’re better off using ChatGPT or quite frankly any other free app.

Still trying to charge after i canceled my subscription

I have misjudged this software—it is actually very user-friendly.

As a mathematics graduate student spending 5 years in college taking all advanced Calculus 1-3, Trig, & Algebraic Reasoning Theory & Proof, Adv. Stats & Probability, & all other courses….. this app is honestly bottom of the line for everything except graphing when compared to other similar AI Math Apps. I l rank this app #10 in my Top 10 Best Math Apps. It’s good for assisting with certain math content area, but horrible with others. The paid subscription on here is definitely NOT worth the money 💵 Nearly all other similar math apps (8 of 10) on my list … offer (college & high school students) actively taking math courses a DISCOUNT OF 25-60% monthly or yearly subscription plan. This app offers NO discount!! Outdated… Behind this apps paywall they definitely 💯 need to create MAJOR UPGRADES, UPDATES, & ADD UPPER LEVEL MATH COURSES, OPTIONS, STUDENT PRICING, & MORE… IF… this company or app has a MICRO CHANCE of being in business in the next 1-2 years. There are 9 different apps that HANDS-DOWN offer so much better math solving, step-by-step solutions, & can provide downloadable (LeTex or pdf) entire question-to-answer printable links 🔗 to use for hands-on practice including math notes. 5 years ago this was a top 3 app, but sadly and honestly, it’s not even a top 10 app anymore and not on any math professors recommended assistance lists as of (October 29, 2025). I haven’t seen any professors use this app in class for 2 years, but other apps they do use & recommend are unbelievably better , faster, can handle complex advanced math problems including full math proofs, and are compatible to integrate into Canvas too. Maybe the owner will have developers complete overhaul this OUTDATED app to compete with 2025 major math apps, but if not, I honestly predict this app will cease to exist or stop all future updates with 2 years. Again, 3-4 years ago this app was incredibly helpful, but as we’re 2 months away from 2026… this app is honestly similar to an old outdated (iPhone-3) as compared to (new AI math apps) that are like 2025 (iPhone-17-Pro). This app unfortunately is VERY OUTDATED, but used to be amazing 3-4 years ago! Thank you for being great 4 years ago honestly, however all outdated apps have no use in today’s incredibly amazing AI math app world that does 3 times more mathematics and cheaper monthly subscription PLUS others offer STUDENT DISCOUNT PRICE!

I had this app for about 3 minutes before canceling(not an exaggeration). Needless to say I would push for a refund, but we all know that’s not happening. If it was possible to leave a zero star I would have.

I did not like this app, I was taking pictures of simple questions I needed help with, also either good quality did not answer my question and tried to get me to use a plan for 1 question.
