    Not a very good app. Always having problems loading. Took 15 minutes to schedule a payment because it said there was an error which there wasn’t.

    First time I’ve ever had a credit card that lowered the limit, and then charge you fees for going over your limit because they lowered it would not recommend

    I’m not able to use my rewards points that I should have available I have tried to receive help with this issue in store but it’s still unresolved

    Let me be clear. I love Scheels. I have spent thousands there. I finally agreed to get their credit card. I have had this credit card for some time now. I have never missed a payment. Payed it off once to zero, then used it some more. They have lowered my available credit twice now. I know it’s their right to do so as they see fit. I don’t care though. Once it’s paid off I’m done.

    This app fails constantly, and when you can’t pay your bill, or even reach customer service for days, they charge you a late fee! Garbage.

    I stopped in with my 9 year old grand daughter & my 6 year old grand son to buy them some winter gear for school. The gentleman that helped us was STELLAR! He got down on their eye level to talk to them both, measured their feet for boots, helped them in their decision on coats, snow pants, gloves, gave them high fives & let them know they were important in helping him help them. We played a little basketball in the arcade, shopped the candy section & picked out some goodies & headed out the door with the finest shopping day EVER!!! You all rock at what you do & this is where life & shopping are all smiles:) I wish I knew the name of the guy that helped us but unfortunately I don’t. I would love to give him credit for a job well done. God knows who he is so May he be blessed this new year ahead.
