Need to access my logbook and it refuses to open. The crash window has no information about what’s happening or why. All I can do is uninstall and re-install. No luck. No phone number to call. Unacceptable for $180 per year.

It’s been disappointing to watch Coradine’s steady decline over the past few years. They claim to help pilots, but their actions suggest otherwise. Eliminating the free 250-hour program was a huge misstep. I was fortunate enough to benefit from it, but new pilots now have to pay a subscription after just 50 logged hours. How exactly is burdening student pilots with yet another cost “helpful”? It’s not—it’s a shameless cash grab, preying on the very community they profess to serve. And then there’s the support—or lack thereof. What once set Coradine apart has now disintegrated into Comcast levels of quality, combined with DMV-like expediency. A few years ago, their team helped me import hundreds of hours from Excel into my logbook in minutes. I was blown away. Today? A simple query is met with deafening radio silence. I used to proudly recommend Coradine and LogTenPro to fellow pilots. Not anymore. They’ve lost sight of what made them great. Unsubscribed.
  • Not Worth the Price

For the amount of money this subscription costs, this logbook feels completely like a whitelabel Excel sheet. They lack much support for importing, forcing to 3rd party apps (which cost as well), the Mac app is also lacking proper filtering, mass edit of flights is also tricky, if not impossible in some fields. I truly can’t believe people actually pay for this.
  • Great app, Customizable.

I have been using LogTen Pro for just shy of 10 years, and I continue find it to be intuitive, powerful, and customizable. The smart and currency groups make tracking specific proficiencies a breeze and the default reports generally provide a readable chart and graph of whichever logbook stats I need at the time. While the settings menu was initially overwhelming, it only took a few minutes to suss out what I needed and to tailor it to my needs. Thanks for the great logging tool and keep up the great work!

I like the logbook, but every time I want to create a smart group or some other added group, I have to get some help. The support people are great and quick to assist; however, they sometimes take a little time to get back to you.

I like LTP. For the most part it does everything I want, but what I do not like is that all info on an entry isn't locked...example, if I accidentally delete a name it will completly wipe out that name from every entry it was in. I'd rather it lock all info than just popping up a "are you sure you want to delete...?" prompt requiring more effort to delete the info.

Easy to manage flight data with smart lists to sort things out, easy to print/store reports, search functions, etc. I admit I use part of the program (ie. don't pre-load my roster) but overall it's my standard logbook ever since gone ATPL. Easy to use, no complaints!

Best logbook software for Mac and iPhone users. Easy to use and customizable fields make it great for tracking just about anything you’d like.
