  • I can not order my PTDE program guide after 1 1/5 moths

    After paying 115 dollars and needing to buy a PTDE form to get started with my permit there ordering page is down so I can not work on get my permit unit I get that form

    Even though I attended class every day for 9 days, my progress is only 73%. On two of those days, the system kicked me out of the class after the first 10 minutes because a question appeared asking for my name, and I selected the wrong answer. For the past 3 days, it first allowed me to attend for 3 hours, then only for 2 hours. Now the allowed time has expired. Moreover, I haven’t received any response at all.

    This app helped me get my license and love it for that, but an issue I have is the struggle I have of re finding information, like what to do when driving in snow or how to change my tire. So I’d appreciate it if you added a way to bookmark lessons, and the individual pages in those lessons, so I could come back to the app for those useful bits of information when I need them.

    I live in Florida and I thought getting my learners license would be so difficult but on aceable it is super easy and you can take the learners test online and show up at the dmv with the certificate they give you on their website (along with your other identification stuff) and you get your learners license. Before taking the test you do have to watch the videos and take the corresponding "quiz" but it takes only a few hours out of your time. I am now 16 with my license and I got my license before my brothers who are 19 and 21 (not to brag). I strongly recommend aceable for attaining your learners license/permit.

    Was a good app until I realized that they’ve been charging me 5 dollars a month every month without my consent. I got my permit with this app in march of 2023 when I was in highschool and they still charge me even though I haven’t even opened the app in over 2 years, also they make you request to cancel you CANT cancel anytime you want

    My son is loving Aceable! And he’s doing great. I know he’ll pass his test next week. My problem is with the $5 Allstate charge. Looking at my agreements with Aceable and my receipts, nowhere does it say that I was given a discount because of this additional service. I signed my son up with my email and cc, but my 15 year old son is the one who received the billing notification. As the parent who paid for the program, billing notifications should have come to me. As the parent who paid for the program, the ability to cancel the service should be under my account, but it was under my minor child’s account. That’s the questionable part.
