    This app makes you pay ahead of an appointment and allows for the individual to control your money, even if they do not provide services. Or the individual will wait until appointment time so that can keep cancellation fee. That free money for nothing! There doesn't appear to be a refund or dispute area for fraudulent businesses taking advantage of customers in this app.

    I showed up to an appointment, but the service provider never showed up. They marked me as a “no-show”. Booksy customer service did not remove the “no-show” from my account nor penalized the provider, despite me providing evidence.

    I used Booksy to schedule an appointment for 4:30pm, the business then changed the appointment to 6:00pm without contacting me and it’s a time I was unable to make. I was then charged $100 for cancelling an appointment I never agreed to.

    Good luck booking anything since the account creation sends you on an endless loop. Tried confirming my number over ten times and it would tell me to wait for a text it won’t send me. If I did happen to get a text, it would send me right back to entering my email. App is a joke.

  • She did great but 45 minute wait with an appointment!

    Nails look amazing but over a 45 min wait. Took walk ins ahead of us. We got there and Kevin said 15 more minutes. We rushed and came back to wait another 30 minutes. Just wish honest or called and said took 2 walkins before my daughter and I!
