    Add 1) search in schedule list (by any text from appointment page, like notes, address, names and anything) 2) list of visits If appointments was rescheduled (need material or something) history of visits is lost

    Save yourself the money you will lose by choosing this company. I’m not talking about their monthly cost, I’m talking about the jobs you will lose and missed opportunities. The primary purpose of a field service software should be speed and ease of use. This company is neither. You’ll thank me later

    I have been using Housecall Pro for almost a year, and while there are many things that does well, the customer service is unfortunately quite poor. It’s great as long as you don’t need anything. But the five hours I have spent today trying to get help on a chat and not getting any, is probably coloring my current review.

    Tried to contact them regarding issues with the app. Couldn’t get a reply because you need “permission” to access the page to view a reply. They need to fix this problem. Otherwise it’s a great app.
