    We began with hcp nearly 4 years ago after reviewing a few crms. Hcp was great for our company size and really tries to become better each day. I find their customer service helpful. I do wish they integrated better with ringcentral. Their phone plan is too expensive because we deal with home warranty customers who call more than usual cod customers. For this reason we miss functionality and time saving features that could help Us.

    Lots of glitches and little to no help from customer service. It’s now sending notifications to my customers when it’s not supposed to. May switch providers if it doesn’t get fixed. Be warned people.

    I am very disappointed, bad company to deal with; it’s actually a scam. As a building contractor, I was looking for an app to manage my business. I found “HOUSECALL PRO” and I called them; they offered me a first month rate of $25 with full access. I input some of my clients info and started using the app. As I used it, I learned that all the important features are disabled, such as printing invoices. Etc. When I first spoke to Customer Service for the app, I told them that if it worked for me, then I’ll continue my subscription. If not, I’ll cancel. After a few days without the ability to print invoices, I stopped working with the app and a Lady by the name of Nikki called and asked why don’t I use the app anymore. I told her that I was promised full access to the app and that was a lie. So she gave me a phone number to call to complain. I called the number and some other company picked up trying to sell me some other stuff. I texted Nikki and asked her to stop my subscription immediately and refund me. The next thing I noticed was a charge for $83.94 on my credit card. I called the number again to get my credit card charge refunded and the same scam company picked up. The next month, another charge for $83.94 was on my credit card. I called and put a stop payment from “HOUSECALL PRO”. I received a call from Hannah asking if there was anything she could do for me and I explained I was unable to get full access to use the app and I was dissatisfied and wanted to cancel and be refunded for the charges. It has been 3 months now and no one has helped me and I have not been refunded. And another charge of $83.94 again! I emailed them and Sharon got back to me anc told me it takes about 24 hours to hear back from us. Here I am three days later and still no answer and no refund. I keep being charged for not using the app and it was supposed to have been cancelled 3 months ago. Today they told me they denied my refund with no reason. DO NOT use this app or work with this company! With that being said think again if this is the company that you want to manage your business accounts.

    They will not cancel your service after request I’ve removed my bank account and told them over and over to cancel they are still charging my card even after the bank disputed it.

    I have used this app for over a year and have nothing but good things to say about Housecall Pro. I use the app when on locations and the web site when at the office. It’s easy to use once you get everything set up. It took a few months to get everything set up to my liking. Estimates and invoicing is easy from the app and website. I greatly appreciate the reporting features, making it easy to see my weekly, monthly , quarterly, and yearly progress. Would highly recommend Housecall Pro o er some of their competitors. I have used ST before and I find this easier to use and much more helpful!

    Extremely disappointed with Housecall pro. They make it extremely hard to manage your account and ended service without cancellation which creates all kinds of issues for your business. I do not recommend.

    Did a business transaction through house call pro. Now we are being flagged. We were told we were paid through email from house call pros and we technically weren’t. Now they want us to provide a bunch of information to state our facts. That’s ridiculous. Now our equipment is in the hands of its new owner and we are out of 10k? I will for sure be canceling with them and moving over to jobber. Thank you for nothing.

    Cancel previous service with the insurance of a great service and got the complete opposite. Very disappointing
