No technical support other than their chat. Platform needs upgrading. Merging customers is a nightmare and can’t be undone. They have no top tier support.

They have withheld our money a customer paid online from us and took one month and 8 different people and multiple phone calls to them on our end after they said it was resolved and wasn’t. The stagf is knowledgeable and no follow through. If customers pay you Housecall Pro will withhold the pay and one credit card payment they didn’t never returned to us.
