  • Great app when they don’t do updates that make it infuriating to use.

    Whatever the most recent update was broke things and I was going to write this same review I saw it needed to update again and I was like oh thank god they fixed it. No they did not. So here I am again, please fix it. I’m getting really tired of having to restart the app 6+ times at the same job any time I need to add or take a photo, change a note or even just scroll the screen. I’m used to it lagging due to bad cell service nobody can help that, but now whatever this update did is starting to piss me off.

    I can’t find where to enter customer equipment information. The user interface is not intuitive. There’s a lot of symbols & not very many words.

    Housecall Pro has got to be the best CRM anyone could ever ask for even though it may be a little of an investment especially for a small business starting out I would say I recommend it it’s worth the jump because it’ll save you enough time to compensate for anything they charged for so I appreciate the app and the service.

    I’m just an employee using this app and it works well. Curious why it is taking up around 23GB on my personal phone but “only” 10GB on my work phone? Both seem excessive but I’m no tech guy. I definitely use it on my personal phone more but it’s the same account/log in.

    After last updete app is freezes mostly every time you try to use it. Have to restart the app. I use latest iOS and latest phone what’s the problem?
