Description

Be rude. Be rough. Be bold. Be tough! Arctic Pro Synthesizer / Vocoder is a modern subtractive synthesizer. It does not aim to accurately model or re-create vintage synths of yesteryear. Instead Arctic Pro offers the contemporary synthesist a rude, rough, bold and tough palette of sound to get stuck into. Including two massively fat HyperOscillators, dual filters, and easy to re-order master effects. While the Vocoder, used in conjunction with a suitable microphone, adds an extra dimension to your musical performance. HyperOscillators =========== Combine two HyperOscillators and one Sub Oscillator for some seriously fat sounds. Layer up to 8 oscillators in unison to create very thick and powerful tones. Spread detune and Mix these separate oscillators in real-time. More than just a "SuperSaw" - it's also a Super-square and Super-triangle. Powerful Presets =========== Legendary sound designer John ‘Skippy’ Lehmkuhl has exclusively designed the factory presets. John has worked as a professional sound designer since 1988 for Korg - making patches, combinations, drum kits as well as creating the sample data for almost every synth Korg has released since the M1. If you have owned one of these historic synthesizers you have heard John's presets. Sharing ===== Arctic Pro includes everything you need to record and share your audio and MIDI with others. Live record to WAV and MIDI files. Use AudioCopy, open audio directly in apps, or share with Kymatica AudioShare. Presets and Banks can be emailed and transferred via Wi-Fi and iTunes Files Sharing. And of course we also support Audiobus. • This Developer is not from the present, He’s John Titor from the year 5400 AD

Let me tell you something interesting, This guy is John Titor, Travelled through time from 5400 AD, the sound of this synth is the absolute proof of the fact! Those who’ve watched “Steins Gate” would definitely know, Oh my, oh my, how did this synth is not being talked discussed or even mentioned. So everyone is about pop culture. Doesn’t matter, the time for this synth , is yet to come. Yes, the revolutiona has just begun. And John Titor, welcome, as long as you’re here, please give us a few of these gems, we’re truly grateful and honoured to have Arctic Pro. We do not call this a synth, We, refer to this creation of yours as the “Supreme form of Art and Aesthetics “ Thank you so very much , It’s been an absolute pleasure and honour to get to know you. Have a great day and stay blessed. WE LOVE YOU!🥰

Well I should have read the reviews before hit buy on this one. It crashes if the cable is attached, can’t change preset patches and it appears that the knobs don’t actually do anything.
  • Nothing to write home about...

(Yawn) Doesn't seem to have an output for audio to Bluetooth... $5 would been a more appropriate price in my opinion... Oh well, Caveat emptor! ✌🏻️😎🎹

I don't typically leave reviews. But I just drop 10 bucks on this application. And it literally will not open. I bought it based on everyone else's reviews. It must be this update or something? Buyer beware
  • Arctic Keys is good, too.

Too bad the developer decided to remove it from the App Store. This Pro version does more, but the first one is easier to navigate and can quickly get modifications done. This Pro vers requires flipping through pages to modify parameters more than the Key vers does.

This app is the evolution of the original Arctic Synth. Bringing the best of the original with great enhancements to keep this app an useful part of your sonic palette. Don't be fooled by the price, and the name. This thing can do from subtle to brutal in no time. If you want to learn synthesis, this is one of those to get and tweak to your heart's content.

This thing is so much fun I almost forgot to write a review. With presets from Sunshine Audio, this thing is a blast. It is one of my favorite synthesizers.cutting this shot to get back to the music. Try it you will love it too.

Great sounds and very fast and intuitive control over filters and every other sound parameter with midi learn makes this a joy to use. ProSynth's IAA implementation is excellent, the midi implementation is complete and it manages CPU resources beautifully for such a rich-sounding synth. In a niche market saturated with synths this one stands out. 5 stars easily.
  • An excellent update. It doesn't freeze anymore and is making XL FAT sounds!

EXCELLENT update! Hmm Arctic Pro Synth makes some really well executed, unique sounds, possibly even better sounding than one of my favorite synths the Z3ta+. I particularly like the tastefully done panning of sounds on some of the presets. That deserves extra praise. The soundest is also very diverse from wobbling to classic sounds. All quite useful sounding. I'm going to try olaying some of my already produced tracks again with arctic prosynth. And then try to make a new one. Thank you.
