Swarf Shop is a job board for small machine shops. Jobs go in columns. Drag them across as work gets done. That's basically it. We built this because whiteboards don't have search, Excel locks everybody out, and every "shop management" software out there tries to be an ERP. We don't do invoicing, inventory, quoting, or any of that. You've got QuickBooks for the office stuff. Think of it as the board on the wall, just digital. Everyone can see it, nobody erases it by accident, and you can pull it up from your phone. Columns are whatever you want. Quoted > Ordered > Material > Cutting > QC > Shipping > Done. Or change them. It's your shop. Each job card has customer, job number, PO, part number, due date, machine, who's on it, material status, estimated hours, material cost, quoted price, notes, and file attachments. Snap a photo of a drawing, attach the PDF from the customer, whatever. It works on your phone, on the office computer, and on a TV mounted in the shop. All stay in sync. Works offline too. If the WiFi goes out it catches up when it comes back. Search by customer name, job number, PO, part number. Find anything in seconds instead of walking over to the whiteboard.
