Complete a Daily Check-In (Emka). 5. Return to Effie to receive a reflection based on your check-in. You can then continue the conversation or return to the app. Emka entries are saved as part of the user’s personal emotional journal. The app uses AI (OpenAI API) to generate responses based on user input and check-in data. The test account has full access to all features. No additional configuration is required. The app functions the same across all regions. The app may offer subscription-based access outside the app environment.
