When our friend Anna asked if we could design a calculator for those with dyslexia we got right to work. Dial Calculator is a calculator designed specifically for people with dyslexia and anyone who finds traditional calculators confusing. Most calculators use number layouts that don’t match how numbers are learned or used in everyday life. DialCal fixes that by arranging numbers in a familiar phone-style dial pad, reducing cognitive load and helping users focus on the math—not the layout. With large, high-contrast buttons, a clean interface, and distraction-free design, DialCal makes everyday calculations faster, calmer, and more accessible. Key features: • Phone-style number layout (1–9, then 0) • Large, readable buttons • Clean, high-contrast display • Simple, distraction-free design • Built for accessibility and ease of use DialCal isn’t about changing how you think — it’s about removing unnecessary barriers.
