What is App CATalog? App CATalog was created by the Jamf Community Education Initiatives team as a tool for educators. It’s an iOS app designed to serve as a catalog of iOS apps used across an organization, drawing from its specific Jamf School instance. What Can App CATalog Do? - Browse all iOS apps in your school system App CATalog allows educators to view all iOS apps available across their school system— even apps that aren’t currently assigned to them or their students. - Understand the “why” behind each app Instructional staff can view and share why an app was selected and how it's being used within the classroom. - Collaborate and contribute Educators can add comments, link to online resources, share activities, and provide use case examples for any app. - Search and filter with ease Filters can be customized to meet your organization’s needs (e.g., grade level, subject, standards). These filters are created by a Jamf School administrator. - See app history and reviews Reviews - especially the initial entry - help capture when, why, and by whom an app was selected. This builds a shared knowledge base for instructional staff.
