    You should not download this because it will not let you create a video because it keeps giving you an error and then it will just take the credits away.

    I bought the year $95 and the outcome were not good so the mayority would not be useful. And on tue second day asked me to buy tokens! I could use it for two days only!

    Pika has three layers that confuse everyone. Pro paid has watermarked downloads, which doesn’t look professional if you have create paid content. I purchased a pro version and still have pika watermarked downloads. Trying to fix this problem I used all my month tokens. UGH. There are no instructions or video tutorials. Buyer beAWARE

    Steals your credits and produces and error. Will produce unusable content. I was able to make one good video using the trial tokens and after that it was completely useless despite having and buying $30 in tokens repeatedly to produce a single product video. Just use the free credits & delete.

    I downloaded this app about a week ago. I was only allowed to create videos for the first day and after that it immediately said I was out of tokens. I understand daily limits, so I waited for the tokens to refresh the next day — but they never did. Not the next day, not the second day, and now over 72 hours have passed with no token refresh at all. I paid close to $100 for a yearly subscription, and at this point the app is completely unusable for me. I’m extremely disappointed. On top of that, I cannot find any customer service or support. There’s no clear way to contact anyone or get help. Definitely not happy with this experience and would not recommend it unless this issue is fixed.

    I purchased the $95 year package and then all of a sudden couldn’t use the app anymore because it says I ran out of credit. I attempted to reach out to Support and the Support page is a 404 error I sent an email and got no response do not purchase this app. It is a scam.

  • Lack of Credit Transperancy

    Signed up for the Standard monthly plan expecting 10–30 videos. I ran out of credits after just 3 attempts. Each generation consumes credits even if the result is bad, and there’s no way to see how many credits a video will cost before generating, nor any usage history showing where credits went. On mobile, you only see a single remaining credit number with no explanation. Very frustrating and misleading for new users.

    Shame. It works decently when it wants to work. Lately have been receiving “no input image provided” errors but instead of just canceling, they still take credits out of your account without anything to show for it. What makes it worse, no way in the app that I can find to send feedback. They literally just STOLE $10 worth of credits.
