    I haven’t played the game in about 2 years. I decided to redownload and can’t seem to find my account that I spent so much time on. I logged in using the same method I always use for other games. My account doesn’t show up just shows never linked to account.

    I opened the game yesterday to log in to start the new event only to find the app had signed my account out. Went to chat with customer service with nickname, user id, server id, apple receipts, AND screenshots from my personal Facebook showing that I had played the game since at least 2019. They keep telling me that they cant retrieve my account because I can’t remember the EXACT DATE I downloaded the app the first time (over 6 years ago) and what device I decided to do it on that day. Very disappointing considering I’ve spent probably $200-300 on this game over the years and they’re not giving me any grace. The game itself is fun but if you don’t mind RESTARTING ENTIRELY after putting in years of effort then I’d say go for it.

    I used my Google account for several years to log in with my account I spent hundreds of dollars on and countless hours, now there is no option to log in with Google and I have no other way to get my account. I don’t remember the information and server as I didn’t think I had to. Very upset.

    The most useless transfer process, after 2 years of playing ive lost all my data. You have one chance to attempt the transfer and forgot about it if it fails and you delete the orginal older version of the app that has your player ID then just kiss your account goodbye. Customer support is non existent in this game , I highly doubt a single one of my emails has been read and not one reply after at least 8 emails over 2 weeks . Stay away .

    Was the best idle game out there, events used to be fun and something to break the f2p pace from day to day. Now events are just all money grabs and there is very little to actually look forward to, just leaving the monotonous daily quests. Absolutely ruined by greed The only thing that can save this game is lateral expansion. Make 5 new elemental types and fill with heroes that are good with their niche. Nobody wants to play a game that constantly makes you obsolete, just once in a while is okay.

    The switch of old accounts to the new app is poorly described and needlessly convoluted. I've done it for several games now. It should be as easy as enter your account number and verification. The only reason to set a transfer up this way is in hopes of people just starting over and spending on new accounts. Deleted permanently.

  • Lost over 1,000 dollars

    Spent way over $1k on the last app. All of it is completely gone. I had my Facebook linked to that account and deleted the app. I tried logging in through Facebook and the only thing that linked is this new account on the new app. So unfortunate and feels like a complete scam. It’s not possible to reinstall the original MLA to attach a different email and transfer everything so the devs basically just took all of my money and work on that account and ran.
