    I tried to resubscribe to this app to get the unlimited stories another week. I reactivated my subscription through my subscription page on my phone rather than through the app. The app doesn’t recognize that I resubscribed. Also it doesn’t mark your place in the story well.

    Stupid that you have to pay real money to even finish a book you get the first five free and then the rest you have to pay for they put out all of these ads with parts of the books on them to get you hooked and want to read it but don’t tell you that you have to pay real money just to be able to finish the app needs to be removed from the App Store because this is ridiculous plus some of the stories are stolen and are almost identical to the ones that are on Wattpad that are completely free to read

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I did the one week trial at $.29 so I could finish the story I started since there is no way to get past the first 5 chapters without paying. No way to earn coins for more chapters. Nothing. I attempted to cancel the service by the 7th day. But my credit card was charged $14.99 anyway. Contacted the app and they responded asking for my PayPal email associated with payment. I replied and have not received refund. A week later my card was charged again. Emailed them again and no response. Finally had to dispute with PayPal with screenshots of the communication with the “seller” to get my $ back. Absolutely ridiculous.

    Paid for my weekly subscription and I have zero access to the book I was reading. They have absolutely no way to contact Customer Service to fix the matter. Completely ripped me off!

    I created an account and even paid for chapters only to come back and see my chapters that I paid for are gone. Will be deleting app. To many other options to deal with this!

    Said it was .29 cents weekly nowhere did it say after first week will Charge 14.99 there after on top of that there is noway to cancel the subscription only offers to get yearly (NO THANK YOU). They have a help and report that does neither!

    I only just downloaded it and it was a big mistake. You get the first five chapters free but then you have use ACTUAL money to unlock characters. There’s no daily check in for coins or bonuses. It’s absolutely ridiculous, it would be different if there was a choice to pay for coins but no. I also noticed that there is no search or discovery feature. And by looking at the other reviews it seems as if the developers don’t even care for this app, if I could I’d give it zero stars

    Do NOT use this. It says you can use a “visitor” account and charge you but then you CANNOT cancel it. It is not even in your subscriptions to cancel. When you try to cancel it in the app, it says you cannot cancel visitor subscriptions. There is no way contact them, nothing in the help and support.
