    They show availability on the website for rooms. Try to get you to buy a membership and then dates of stay on app are unavailable - yet available in the site. Now gotta email support, try to get a refund and find another hotel. What a waste of time. Don’t bother. If you can’t make it work, take it offline until you fix it.

    Y’all. Please fix this clunky, glitchy, user-unfriendly garbage app. We love these hotels and the membership but other hotel chains and rewards app are exceptional. this is trash. please fix. kthanksbye.

    I love the hotel and company but this is the worst app. The display for free coffee comes up blank and I have constant issues logging on. I’ve contacted IT support three different times. Why oh why has this company not fixed this app?!?!

    I paid for a subscription via Apple Pay and not provided an option to create a login. Every time I try and login and receive a code via email, it doesn’t work. I have reached out to the customer support several times and still waiting for a response. Not even a verification email to let me know that they have received my request. I will wait another 24 hours before contacting my bank to make a claim.
