    They made me pay $8 to use the service just for it to not be able to transfer files and keep giving me an “unexpected error”

    App is awful, does not work. Imports songs that are not on any playlist. Imports double, triple, quadruple, even quintuple versions of the same song. Imports the wrong version of songs. They claim to have YouTube Music, they do not. Customer service is appalling. It is completely nonexistent. Free is too expensive for this absolute garbage! Update: Developer is a flat out liar! They “claim”, in their response, if you email them, they will help resolve your concern, a promise of empty words. They simply ignore you. The App should be called, Thanks for your money, now go away! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP! It is not worth a grain of salt.

    I used songshift to transfer one of my playlists and when my second one didn’t transfer to Apple Music, I tried this app. Told me it was a free trial and somehow I’m being charged $5.99 for a “promotional price” instead. Not to mention IT DIDN’T EVEN WORK?? Tried transferring the same playlist at least 5 times and it just stops at the 23rd song. I feel ripped off in every way

    I accidentally purchased this app when trying to use the free demo and was charged $7.99 immediately after accepting the trial period. I contacted Apple and was REFUSED my refund!!! I was told by Apple support that my refund was up to Shift Music!

    It was great, could be great, but it’s a one man band behind it and no support so when their server go flaky and you get 500 errors all over the app, so it quickly becomes worthless. Yes it can transfer playlists well - when it’s working. Likely running on a free cloud subscription and he/she is over quota.

  • Shady Subscription Practices

    Don’t hide the different plans you offer from the user and then name them meaningless things for when the user tries to look at them in their App Store subscriptions- having three different options named the same but with different term lengths but no other differentiating factors is extremely shady and shouldn’t be allowed by Apple in the first place.

  • Doesn’t connect to Spotify

    I downloaded and tried several times to connect to Spotify, it would bring it up and close it and never connect, tried to go through setting to connect it and it just spins. Apple Music connected without issue but that’s only half of what I need. Useless. Waste of money.

    Once I was able to connect to Apple Music, I was able to transfer playlists from apple to Spotify. Would give 5* if they had help section for subscribers.
