I have ordered from HCK several times for my granddaughters. I recently ordered the same dress twice. It was a Christmas dress I immediately asked if I could send one of them back. They said holiday dresses weren’t eligible to be returned. I have 2 granddaughters and therefore have 2 dresses I don’t need. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I wasn’t sure about ordering from here after seeing some reviews. But I went ahead and ordered anyway. I ordered a dress that was a pre order. I knew it was a pre order because it explained it in the description. In the description they put all the expected arrival dates and when they planned on shipping the item. I received my dress just as they had claimed on the website without any problems. The only reason I can see why others have left bad reviews is because they didn’t read the descriptions. My daughter loves the dress and I have already ordered again from them!

The website promises same day or next day shipping. I placed an order on November 2,2024, and it is as yet unfulfilled. I’ve emailed multiple times and have not received a reply. Very disappointed

I ordered on October 31st and I checked the status of my order and it wasn’t shipped yet (the website says 1-2 business days) so I emailed them 4 times in the last 2 weeks and haven’t received any kind of response. There is no other way to contact them. So I asked on Facebook comments just like someone else did about when I will receive my order and I instantly got a Facebook message from HCK saying it was refunded and the order was canceled. And then I got blocked. Just a warning for anyone ordering from here be aware that you may not receive your order. And you may get blocked for even asking! And you may not get your money!

I love the clothes, shoes and deals. However, I would rather pay triple for something than to wonder for weeks if I’ll get my order. I understand things happen, but if I’m getting several emails and texts and social media is popping with deals & advertisements then I feel at least 1 out of 3 of my messages could be responded to. I’ve emailed 3 times and reached out on social media. I love the merch, I really do. It’s so hard to find character clothes and well they have the cutest but I guess we will just go back to Jumping Beans at Kohls. I’m patient and kind, but I’m also not very wealthy so when I order something seasonal .. well I can only order once. Hope my little one gets to dress for the season, who knows?! Geez, and SHEIN really does ship faster. I don’t do lies and I don’t take kindly to being ignored while there’s no delay in taking my money. I guess I better reach out to Better Business Bureau.

I placed an order weeks ago and haven’t heard anything about when my items would be shipped. I’ve sent three emails asking for an update and have not received a reply. This is my first time ordering from Hill Country Kids Clothing. I will NEVER order from them again. I’m starting to think this “company” just scammed me out of money.

The site claims to have same day/next day shipping but I've been waiting 2 weeks for my items to ship. The app says they have excellent customer service yet I can't seem to find a way to contact anyone regarding my order.
