    Wanted to see what their fuss was about. Immediately canceled and deleted the app in one day. Double checked on my subscriptions to make sure it was canceled and yet five days later, I am still unable to find a way to get rid of their notices and demands for payment schedule! And no easy way to get rid of these notifications for a deleted app maybe they are fine for you, but it was not for me and just seeing the persistent demand for purchase is totally unacceptable

    I use this app for my daily training and I am super satisfied. The detailed analysis by the app like its readiness daily meter and recovery meters are better than whoop which I used for 2 years and will not resubscribe. The apple watch has all the capacity and this app unlocks it.

    Lots of features, I mostly use it for BP log and those excellent relaxing breathing exercises.What sets it apart is its attention to detail. Not only can I log and monitor my blood pressure effortlessly, but the app also provides insights into trends over time.     f you have an Apple watch, this app is an absolute must. It easily takes data from the watch and shows it in a very intuitive way.The readiness meter is my go-to metric in the morning, it basically analyzes my sleep data and tells me how much energy I have based on heart and sleep data.The ability to directly measure HRV via mobile camera is an added bonus for me.
