    I ordered my shoes December 21 and it said it would be to my house between the 25th-30th. I waited till the 31st to compilation about my shoes still not getting to me. They waited 2 days to get back to me stating that “they don’t know what happened but it is there top priority to find out what happened”. Another 2 days go past before I hear anything and I’ve been blowing them up through the app! Finally after 2 full days of complaining they canceled my order and refunded me some of my money yes I said some! The shoes where $120 and they gave me back $89 and now won’t answer me at all regarding in why I didn’t get a full refund!

    The drop dates are inaccurate many times and the app is limited on customizing or filtering. It’s basically a reseller platform.

    I was trying to go for the Travis Scott Jordan jump man jack taupe haze it said it was dropping on oct 19 and it totally did not. Also I saw that a what the dunk was dropping and it dropped 2 days before it said it would

    They sent me a pair of Black and gold 6’s in a size 8 but I ordered a pair of Black and Wolf Grey 12’s is a size 9.5. They will not answer their customer service calls or respond in the help box on their app with a personal assistant. This was my very first order and they not only sent the wrong shoe they also sent the wrong size shoe. Very disappointing. Especially when they’re marked up in price. Full on scam.
