    U need spend to get stronger but you will never be the strongest so you will keep spreading till ur broke. This game is too expensive everything in this game will make you want to spend money so pls stay away. It’s a good game but if ur type person that spend on games this isn’t good for you cus u will spend ur total savings in here

  • My Last Fun Plus Game

    I wanted to play for a decent time before reviewing this game. I have played all their games. This game is their best. Why low the review. Because, by season 8, if you are not level 50+, they designed all PVE objects to be too strong. Originally, the game was playable as F2P. I never minded getting pounded by P2P players, no big deal, you want to win, spend the money. But early seasons, it’s fun to play and have comrades in arms. Everyone doing their best with or without cash. It’s all changed now. You can’t mine, you can’t PVE, you can’t do anything due to the restrictive poison and intensely powerful objects. The behemoth challenge blew me away in season 7. Abysmal battle too strong too. I’m not complaining, I ‘m factually reporting. I’m no slouch, lvl 45, all legendary ships, decent hero’s, not all six stars, but decent against fellow F2P opponents. I have spent as much as I can, because they are developers who have families and needs for living. No problemo. But now, the field is limited for growth, and since the built in F2P platform part of the game issues are limited, they do offer a restart to accounts that haven’t been on in a while. I made the mistake with my second account, lost it when I selected the wrong button, but really no big deal, it was lvl 30 with no prospects at all. Another issue is the changing of server matches. Our server was abused twice by another server which lobbied developers to reschedule our server. Totally unfair matches without regard to power levels of players. We were then demoralized for four seasons being matched with the same brutal P2P players. They even taunted us by revealing they payed for the change in server match. One time we spent three weeks doing nothing waiting for season start so the match would be in their favor. Now they will dispute this: I am not a liar. With all this said, I loved this game, it had a fair F2P vs P2P balance. Battles were glorious! I’m in a gang, that are beautiful people, scrappers, honest and loyal people. Some are P2P, most small coiners like me. What next? I will continue to play until I’m a detriment to my colleagues. Then, I will quit. I quit KOA and GOG because of the requirement of shields. I will quit SOC because they removed the ability to even grow at the higher seasons. I will not start again because I spent too much and invested too much time, I did it because of the original balance of growth available no matter how you play. It makes me sad to even think to quit, but what’s the point? I do not recommend this game.

    I’ve been playing this game for nearly a month now, and while the overall quality is impressive — with great graphics, tons of events, and a variety of things to do — there are some serious issues holding it back. The biggest problem is how heavily the game relies on gold. Everything from upgrading ships and ports to buying essential items in the ship shops consumes an absurd amount of gold, yet the ways to earn it are extremely limited. Sure, farming wood and iron at ports is manageable, but the gold income is painfully low in comparison to how much is needed. Upgrading a single cabin can take nearly two full days (36+ hours), which is ridiculous. And the auto-trade system is even worse — the time required jumps from 2 hours to 6 hours for just a small increase in gold earned. It feels more like a waiting simulator than a strategy game at times. Then there’s the conch system — golden conches, regular conches, and now gleaming conches — all of which are either impossible or insanely slow to obtain without spending money. It’s clear the game is built to push players into paying, rather than rewarding consistent play. This game desperately needs more accessible rewards and better balancing, especially for free-to-play users. Right now, it feels like it only truly caters to those willing to pay to win, which kills long-term motivation.

    It could be fun, but it is too confusing. I have even googled how to find fish, I can’t get fish which I need to progress. Hard to earn meaningful gold for expensive ship upgrades. I’m supposed to take over a port and get a squad but there are no directions on how to do that.

    This game was amazing the first few seasons. I made some great friends whom I still talk to. The storylines were great but now this game has become nothing but a giant paywall where toxic people with big wallets are dominating everywhere and the f2p players have no chance whatsoever. I paid every now and then but I cannot afford the 100s and thousands other players pay. It’s truly sad, many are leaving this game, as am I.
