Using our lock-screen widget, you can log a full meal in just a few seconds. Pick up the phone, click the widget to open photo tracking, and take the picture. You’re done! I am so very happy with the HAVA system! The key feature is definitely the focus on satiety The thing that makes sticking with it the easiest is this awesome score for each meal and then the overall score for the day. And then next with the premium, you must get the premium because you get AI you can ask all kinds of questions about how the system works and why it works. It will even suggest meals and snacks for you. I’m 63 years old and a woman, so any of you like me out there or know how hard it is to lose weight at this stage of life. I’ve lost 2.4 real pounds in the first week and I know I can keep up with it because I’m never hungry. This is doable and brilliantly done. Give it a try use the seven day trial for the premium but seriously. This is better than anything I’ve ever done.

This app is great. I only really focus on the SPC number, and I’m not hungry. The AI is more effective than I would have thought. The only reason for taking off a star is that I would like a larger food database.

I am a clinical pharmacist who specializes in diabetes and obesity. Our world is designed to make us sick, medication solutions are expensive and complicated and traditional advice of “eat less and move more” is an abject failure. Hava and the SPC model provide a simple roadmap for ANY dietary preference (that isn’t straight junk food 😂) to regain their health with food. It provides the coaching, support, and simplicity needed to succeed. And it’s way more cost effective than Ozempic. TRY THIS APP and you can stay out of the pharmacy 💪

I’ve been on this optimization journey for a while. This is the best app I have ever tried. And the results speak for themselves. You won’t go back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Best & Easiest Nutrition Tracking App! I love this app! As a medical weight loss provider, it has quickly become my favorite tool for helping patients, friends, and family make smarter food choices. It’s truly a point-and-shoot experience—just take a picture of your meal, and the AI estimates portion sizes, assigns a satiety score, and provides simple guidance for eating foods that are more filling and nutrient-dense with fewer calories. It’s incredibly easy to use and requires almost no effort! For more details: The app makes tracking food effortless—the higher your satiety per calorie, the fewer calories you naturally consume, which makes weight loss and healthy eating much simpler. You can snap a photo of your food in real-time or upload a past meal, and the AI instantly analyzes it. If needed, you can tweak small details (like adjusting portion sizes), but in most cases, no manual entry is required. Plus, there’s a huge database of foods for easy logging. HAVA gives you personalized goals, including a protein target, and helps you stay on track without the hassle of traditional calorie counting. The free version offers great features, but I personally pay for the full version because it’s that useful. I’m not sponsored—but HAVA, call me. Highly recommend!
  • The best app for health, weight loss, and body recomposition

I’ve been using the Hava app with great success for the last year. The three years before that, I followed many of the same principles found in the app by following Dr. Ted Naiman on X. Hava follows and expands on Dr Naiman’s original principles in a number of helpful ways. Bottom line, no other app makes it easier to accomplish your diet/eating goals than Hava. At the same time you will experience greater eating flexibility than any other diet, while simultaneously always feeling full. It’s been four years total for me, and I’ve accomplished all my body composition goals while never feeling hungry. I could go on about the AI supported food logging or the real-time AI supported eating advice or the sheer simplicity of the app, but really just try it. I recommend it to every friend who wants to get to a weight loss or body recomposition goal.
  • Decent app

Why I have not continued to subscribe is because in searching for recipes, you search by satiety score which means you have to scroll down a list until you find a recipe you like. I don’t understand why you cannot search by food, i.e. enter zucchini, and recipes containing zucchini pop up. Diet Doctor enables this feature so why doesn’t HAVA. Other than the absence of this feature, it’s a decent app.
  • Lacks essential features

There is no way to scan grocery bar codes for nutrition info to automatically entered. You have to either take a picture of your food or use what is already in the database of foods. Apparently, the decades old technology of barcodes is too much to ask for. There is no way to manually enter nutritional values for foods. If what you’re eating is not already in the database, too bad. Entering quantities only allows for whole numbers , not decimals or fractions. it can be hard to figure out how to convert the quantity of what you’re eating to a value that exists in the database. I love the SPC concept and it does seem like would lead to success but this app is severely lacking to help you get there. I will not be renewing.
