    I’ve started using this app for my daily walks, and 10/10 times it doesn’t work. I put my phone on dnd and let it watch my screen (which is a lil fishy, considering it doesn’t work 100% of the time.) please fix this.

    For some reason no matter what I do I’m unable to change my level from 37 to 38. When I try to verify it tells me that something is blocking my display name even though I have eevee as my buddy so it’s definitely not being blocked or obstructed. Makes no sense and i’m about to spend 10 on pokiegenie just because of this issue.

    Went through every step possible through the help section and FAQs but it keeps saying “live broadcast to Smart IV Screen Capture has stopped due to: Attempted to start an invalid broadcast session”

    Will just randomly stop working and doesn't read half of the Pokemons IVs , turn it off and turn it back on and it still does the same thing

    Right now it feels clunky. It’s great to have but information on how to use for beginners is lacking. Even I have had it before PokeRaid said they would give you coins for using it and my scanner doesn’t tell me anything on the Pokémon I encounter.
